Haha knew I can count on this channel, ordered these and hesitated on installing cuz kinda scared to take out the tail light housing but looks like I know what I’m gonna do today
Ya, once you get the 8mm screws removed, get your trim tool in the top and then work it around a little knowing from the video showing the insertion pins and that pink clip that are on the back of the light that your trying to remove. Thanks for watching!

I had installed mine, thanks for making this video, it helps a lot. I have 2023 Hybrid, the turning signal didn’t work but I’m grateful to have the rear deflector working at night (with applying breaks as well). I have added fog lights as well lol😂 but got stuck at the wiring. I don’t know which wire (out of 8 wires) is the acc wire.

Go to the description of this video. He lists links to everything you need. The lights come directly from China so it takes a few weeks to get them. Don’t worry though. Your patience pays off in the end.

For those with Hybrids or (I am not sure model differences) a separate turn signal wire this will not work with your turn signaling. The startup animation, brake lights and lights on when headlights are on will work. Personally, I prefer that the turn signal portion not work so its not a big deal to me but beware that the turn signaling won't work.
Just ordered the kit, curious what needs to be done to make them work on a 2024 Hybrid. Why would the wiring be different?
Also confirmed signals doesn't work on hybrid model
I just installed mine tonight on my 2024 Hybrid. The signal light will work, but you need to hook up the yellow wire to the signal wire on the turn signal wire

Do you have the option to turn the fog light on and off ? I mean to say can the fog light illuminate separately from the headlights. Where did you place the switch?
I have the original stock fog lights (S.E. Asia version) and they hardly add any brightness if I already have my headlights turned on. 😆

Let's see when you make a video how to change the rear turn signal lights, allogeneous to LED because the ones they have on do not illuminate almost anything when you are going to turn....

Is there an option for fog lights? We do get some seriously thick fog here and at camp downeast. Fog light would be a great safety addition. Cheers 👍🏽

What are the different light sequences? Does it serve as a turning signal, third brake or even blink when you have the hazards on?
It comes set-up as parking lights/marker lights. So on when lights are on, off when they are off. Thanks for watching!

so after you wire it up if the light goes bad can you just plug in a new light or would you have to rewire all over again
You would just unplug the light, pop it out of the bumper wrap, cut the wire to remove it thru the hole, take the new one and feed it thru, insert the pins into the plug and plug that into the harness. Thanks for watching!

Did you install wire for turn signal ? My harness needed a jumper wire to install turn signal light. Yellow wire jumper to turn signal!

Is your car non-hybrid model? I have a hybrid and I tried installing this and it will not light up at all. Someone said it only works on non-hybrid models but that doesn’t make any sense to me because the lights are exactly the same. Any idea?
Yes, EXL, petro only. That makes no sense, I’m guessing you have a pin not making contact.
If u get right pin,it also works

The blinker will not work but everything else will
Also, getting the rear right bumper light out is much tougher with the exhaust manifold being there in the Touring model. Just be patient
