But why are we believing Khu though rn? I felt he had lost a lot of favor especially after pushing so hard for Gen 5 remakes and then also a 2024 release and also the thing with the 4 maps. He missed a lot in the last 12 months no?
@@cneasaito be fair nothing wrong with that if you enjoy that kind of thing which I do. Also this has been the driest spell of Pokemon news and Khu does have some credibility I just don’t know if it is what it was
Even if Khu was wrong about what game was supposed to get revealed, it doesn't change he was right every single time for years. And I personally don't think he was wrong. He keeps making references to a title this year so I think either he's trolling and not defending himself knowing Z-A was getting revealed and teasing the game coming sooner or what I really think is he didn't know or got wrong information and was expecting this years title that he keeps hinting at to be revealed and not Z-A.
@@belowpressure We aren't getting anything this year, as we are in month seven, approaching month 8. If something was coming, we knew by now, since they would need to market it. I feel like Khu has lost his source and is now grasping for straws in order to stay relevant.
Whoa spoilers!😂 No but seriously, we think you’re right, so we went ahead and changed the title from leak to rumor to better reflect the content of the episode! We realized later that leak wasn’t the right word to use.😅 Thanks for listening and we hope that clears this up!
Since we running out of tierlists, terra hat tierlist, pokeballs design tierlist, gym badges tierlist, gym challenge tierlist, evil team tierlist, elite 4, champion, rivals, region, regional forms, gimmick mons.
Sorry about that! We actually agree with you too! So we changed the title to better reflect what we were covering. Thanks for looking out😘 We want to hold ourselves to a high standard and be trustworthy too😊
It is better if the release date will be Fall 2025. But even then, quality matters the most-no matter how Japanese Pokémon is. There are already US video games available in the US. Pokémon should be Pokémon, not Call Of Duty.
Sweet! Surprise EP! I think new forms for Pokémon connected to Zygarde make sense. If the starters are true Blastiose definitely sounds cool but not sure if 2 turtles is what they are going to do. 😂
The name z a sounds interesting from the perspective of it going from the ending of the alphabet back to the beginning. So maybe, you could start in a post xy kalos and somehow get transported back to a past version of kalos. Or maybe you start in the future and travel between the past and the future throughout the game
I mean... this is the only way i can see them doing it, since a past setting is kinda problematic for a number of factors. The game is set in Lumiose City only and we are apparently re-building it in order for humans and Pokemon to live together in harmony. From a past perspective, thats kinda impossible to do, since we already know how Lumiose City looks like in the present (XY) and there are no wild Pokemon whatsover. In-Lore, we already kinda delved into the future in Alola, with the Zygarde cells and cubes (Which weren't a thing in XY, so thats kinda problematic as well for a past setting). For a past setting, us getting new Mega evolutions is also problematic, as those Mega's weren't in XY and from an in-lore perspective, you cannot explain them being missing in XY either. So it kinda has to be a future setting, with the new Mega Evolutions being recent discoveries, alongside the Zygarde Cell and Cubes.
I find it funny that after Gen 9 came out, I distinctly remember some poke-devs came out saying "we might need to slow down on releases," followed by our surprise of a dry 2024. It's definitely a rains it pours situation. Speaking as a Californian, droughts suck and shit catches fire super easy (I guess rumors and speculation catch easy too), but I promise that first rain, real rain, will be biblically satisfactory. Fingers crossed, knock on wood this quiet 2024 leads to an S+ tier year.
I think there could potentially be something with Z-Megas, as we've seen with X & Y variations & we all know Pokémon loves their variants throughout all the games whether it be regional, paradox, or even variants like Primal Dialga & Shadow Lugia. As for the A, imagine it's a hint to Alpha's, especially since we're still in a past time period & what were Alpha's? Superior past forms. What is Mega Evolution? To draw out that ancient power from a Pokémon to increase strength. Z-A is also AZ backwards & we're in a past time period, not sure how far, though, however it leaves room for possible explanation or lead up to the great Kalos war, as well as more exposure to AZ's Floette, especially since it was never released officially
My man TyranitarTube made a lot of videos theorizing about Z-A and that's all they are, a bunch of theories that range in believability but nevertheless they're all fun and he has had a lot to say on the possibility of Z and A Megas, and the theme of natural and artificial that's present in the Mega X and Y's and what that could mean or lead to.
The presence of robots doesn't always have to mean a future. Magearna & Volcanion kinda (Claydol too, I guess), r ancient synthetics. The former also somewhat sharing history w Kalos, as both of those mythicals mentioned feature in the same G6 movie. I know Magearna was mostly just adhering to the usual next gen promotion trend by appearing in the media b4 the games implemented it, but like with Lugia, I could genuinely believe it having more of a connection to Kalos in lore than what meets the eyes. It'd be interesting to see the old & new Megas/forms be the opposite depiction of the timeline the game takes place in. If set in the past, Megas can act as a way to see the really future-oriented mons (Mewtwo, the new Megnazone) or if chosen to lean towards the future, they instead act as a way to still relive the primitive creatures like Aerodactyl, Gallade, etc (if looked at from distant future's viewpoint).
I think it would be cool and helpful if HP create a THEORETICAL NOT CONFIRMED (just so everyone knows lol :) ) timeline for TPCI / Nintendo / Gamefreak possible releases. Switch 2, ZA, Gen10, Remakes, etc. there’s many dates flying around and it would just be interesting to create this to help ground us all. Again, would be speculation, but it would be interesting as we would be naive to think that everything isn’t connected and intentional
Maybe, just maybe the megas we get in Z-A are "old megas" from the past. Making them "newer but older", a paradox. Like the salemence paradox. Larvesta might be getting a mega if I'm guessing.
I can see legends z-a in either early or late 2025. I could also see it in late 2025 as well. I don’t think the game will come out in mid 2025. Plus legends z-a will probably be the last pokemon game for the switch. As well as generation 10 in 2026 for the 30th anniversary. And since generation 10 will be the game for vgc and not legends z-a since probably won’t be a competitive game. things will be interesting for pokemon in 2025 if scarlet and violet will be the only competitive game for vgc for 2 more years. Pokemon horizons would also be 3 years old by the time of 2026 if generation 10 comes out in 2026 since it was delayed into spring of 2023 last year. What better way to celebrate the 30th anniversary for the pokemon franchise than to release a new generation and the 10th generation at that. 10 generations in 30 years since 1996 and still going strong as a multi media franchise. I doubt pokemon is to miss their 30th anniversary without releasing a new generation in 2026.
I honestly dont see Z and A megas happening! The original X and Y megas were mostly just used as version exclusives, and since Z-A is just one game, there wouldnt really be a purpose for 2 new types of mega evolutions (unless we jump between 2 time periods, thats the only way I could see it working)
Nah let ZA release in the summer and give it some breathing room, then have gen 10 in 2026. Nothing wrong with giving games some room in between. We don’t need a game the same year as ZA.
I hope this doesn’t become a norm of covering obviously fake rumors just to have some content. You guys have great opinions and stories, use those, not these 4chan rumors that kinda insult the Intelligence of your audience
Dusty tries so hard to make references to things he clearly doesn't understand. He talks just to talk and it doesn't really ever contribute to the conversation.
You guys are part of the problem when it comes to the mediocre quality of the games in recent times, getting "stressed" because there might be a longer than 3 year gap between generations. Why is that a bad thing? They might actually be able to polish the games properly so that they look and run well, pack them full of content and interesting post game stuff and fully flesh out the world and game mechanics for the first time in over a decade. I don't need to be bombarded with Pokémon stuff constantly and neither should anyone else, especially if the quality of the games suffer because they're rushed or sticking to some rigid structure that involves anime and cards. The games should always be the main focus and everything else is secondary.
Except the games aren’t the main thing that makes the pokemon franchise the most money and it’s not the mainline games. Since the merchandise is the one that makes the most money for the entire pokemon franchise. Plus everything also has to come out by the time the mainline games come out since they start a Pokémon generation. After all pokemon is a multi media franchise. They need the mainline games for everything else that they make and sell. Considering how popular Pokémon’s merchandise is and how much it sells in just a couple of years compare to Star Wars and Disney and their merchandise. generation 10 will be the game for vgc and not legends z-a since legends z-a probably won’t be a competitive game just like legends arceus wasn’t. things will be interesting for pokemon in 2025 if scarlet and violet will be the only competitive for vgc for 2 more years. Pokemon.
Having more of a 3 year gap isn't a bad thing for the games only... the thing we need to take into consideration are the TCG, VCG and too a lesser extent the anime too. VCG is already getting stale at the end of its second year, due to everyone and their mothers using the same Pokemon. So in order for the VCG to stay fresh, they at least need to have new Pokemon after their 2 year lifespan. For the TCG applies the same, but to a lesser extent. Same with the anime.
But why are we believing Khu though rn? I felt he had lost a lot of favor especially after pushing so hard for Gen 5 remakes and then also a 2024 release and also the thing with the 4 maps. He missed a lot in the last 12 months no?

It’d be obvious if the A pokemon is a mythical
Zygarde should gave horsemen of apocolypse type followers. Whom zygarde gives z megas
What if the new megas if we get new. But what if in order to mega evolve you have to give them a zigard cell
