Thanks for these wonderful Princess cake in video . I used to buy a slice of my favourite cake as a special treat but didnt know what it was called. It differed slightly as it had natural colored marzipan and was decoreated with whipped cream stars topped with half a walnut ( delicious ) I could never find the recipe . Now I know it was an adaptation of this wonderful cake. Thank you for the detailed instructions.

For up to 2 months as long as it's wrapped with plastic :)
The large cake was 3 layers. Were the round cakes 2 layers?
What if you like the cake but hate the taste of marzipan? Just leave it w whipped cream?
Yes, leave the marzipan and it'll still be so good!
Or you can just use sugar fondant!
