Is this a class good for someone who knows yoga poses and has done yoga before but took a very long break from it and now I’m feeling like I need a beginners class.

I'd classify this as a mixed level class since it's beginner accessible with options to increase intensity. I'm sure you'll be fine so long as you pull back if you go too deep into a pose.
