The wig grip bands are AMAZING!!! I love how my wig doesn't move at all!!! I have tried a cheaper band from amazon..because..truthfully, I know I want many bands, so I was looking for cheaper options...with the cheaper grip band,,my wig wasnt as secure as I felt with yours!!! Your grip bands are much better!!! You're are perfect and wigs will not move!!!!! A just have!!

Since my surgery two years ago, (the base of my brain stem to my upper shoulders) I can no longer use my glue to attach my wigs. Danielle, that was a fantastic video! For those of us ladies who'd like a little "face-lift", the wig grip band works great! You can see as Dani pulls the wig back slowly over the band that her forehead is slightly pulled and it's magic if you have lines on your forehead, etc.

Danielle, you look great in any wig! Thank you. I will have to try this band; as i find that the wigs i wear has combs that pull at my natural hairs when i wear a cap. I end up with a headache at the end of a day and i get an irritation at the top sides of my head where the combs are. I have also noticed that it pulls my hair right down to the root. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this video! I am new to the world of wigs and I have a larger head, between an average and large. That being said, I have problems with my wigs staying put, especially if I sweat at all! I have the velvet grip but it still slides back even when tightening. I have used the glue but there again when I sweat the glue loses its grip. I have also tried clips and bobby pins. I LOVE wearing them but just I don’t feel at all confident when I do......ant other suggestions?
Hi there! The Wig Grip Band, when applied correctly is very secure. The band has a right and wrong direction so it's important that it is applied correctly. You might also try a wig cap to see if that may help. We offer them in cotton, nylon and mesh.

Hi Denise, you might try velcroing it a little looser. Maybe it's just not your thing - so I'm glad you'll try the rest. I sometimes just use a bobby pin on each side at my temples..
No matter which one I use, they scoot up the back, and there goes the WIG as well . I do have "Some" short hair? They all work "for a short time"?

i'm not sure what size wig grip band to order? the average wigs are too tight on me but the large is a bit loose though i love it not being super tight and giving me a head ache.....so would i order an average wig grip band or a large? i seem to be a bit larger than average but a bit smaller than large. my head does tend to itch a bit but now that the wig isn't so tight that seems better......thanks for your recommendation! my head measures around 23 inches in circumference when i measured it.

Hi - My hair is too thin for a topper because the clips are painful, but I prefer them to wigs. Can a topper be attached to the wig grip using the clips?

I can’t seem to get my wig to stop riding up in back. Seems like the wig grip is slipping on my bio hair. Will using wig tape at the nape stop this? My hair isn’t long enough to do a bun.

Is the wig band hot to wear? I live in NC and the springs, summers and early falls can be very warm and humid. Just seems it would be uncomfortable to wear in warm weather.
Hi Alice, Everyone is different as to what will make one person hot to another. The Wig Grip Bands are very comfortable and don't add extra bulk under your wig and still allow for breath-ability due to the open wefts of the wig.

Hi Mary, I can only speak for our own Wig Grip Bands. Here's some suggestions without seeing you put it on:
Make sure your hair is brushed back first.
Make sure our logo is facing your head and not the ceiling.
Make sure it is tight enough for a secure fit.
When you pull it up, start with it just above your eyebrows, then slowly pull it up and stop at your hairline- you should feel a little pull as you pull it s l o w l y up.

Can that glue be used on a wig that doesn’t have a lace front, just a regular wig? If so, does it clean off the wig easily?
I use that allll the time. It comes off very easily with just water and a soft cloth. Just wipe the wig but don't tug or pull on it when wiping off the glue. :)
Hi Tom, The "It Stays Glue" easily washes off when you shampoo & condition your wig.

HELP!!! My velvet wig grips & my snubbed wig grip ride up in the back right along with my wig
Hello Judy! Sometimes when the back of our heads are a little flatter than most, we find that hats, wigs, and head bands do not like to stay on properly. If you do have hair, try bobby pinning the band to your hair. Something I just found out recently is to spray a bit of hairspray on my hair at the nape or anywhere the grip is going to cover and then apply the wig grip before the spray dries completely and just hold it down a second or two. Finally! my grips are not sliding off anymore.!!
How do you wash the grip band?......................old Tich.
Hi Margaret, we are just planning on showing how to wash it; but it's so easy: In your sink with a touch of a gentle shampoo. Swish around for 30 seconds, then roll it in a towel to remove the excess water. Then, just hang dry over night. Hope that helps!

But what if you have a wig with combs in it do you put the Combs underneath the band or do the Combs lay on top of the band
Hi Vanessa, As long as the metal wig clips or combs are closed, just put the wig on over the band as if they are not there. This would allow them to sit on top of the band and still be attached to your wig. I hope this helps!

How do you keep a wig secure when you have short thin hair?
Wig Grip Band is most popular for what you're describing. Or, tease your hair where the wig clips will go and hair spray them a little to 'naughty' them up, then clip in. Ro
You ladies with a high forehead can pull off a wig much better than gals like me with a low hairline, I have to get wigs with bangs on them and then it is so hard to cut the bangs right since most wigs have REALLY LONG bangs because most gals have high foreheads and the bangs can be long and it doesn't look funny on THEM.

I love that you think wigs are only for high fore-headed women, but I want to share the real reason: The bangs on our wigs come long for a reason; so each client can have them trimmed and customized around the face just for you! I agree that a small forehead needs bangs to soften around the face and create less hair there. But, a good hairdresser can also take a wig with no bangs and create a soft, wispy bang that will flatter all around your face. What about people with no ponytail?
Hi Lesa, It's not a problem. Yes, if you have enough hair for a low ponytail, it does help to anchor the wig. However, wigs are still easily worn even with no hair! If you find that you need something to help secure your wig, we do have options available as in this video. Thanks for watching!
My wig grip slides off every time
Hi Heather, Rochelle here! My first thoughts are:
1. Not tight enough.
2. Not 1/2 on your skin as you begin to pull up.
3. Pulling too fast.
4. Gently put over your ears to keep the entire band where it is.
5. Making sure our logo faces your head and not the ceiling.

I just got my wig along with the wig grip band. Went out to eat and the band came off and my wig came with it. I was so upset and ran out. I got home and ran the band on the inside front of the wig, it did not grip at all. I watched this 5 times to make sure how to do it. It never worked. I think this band does not work at all and I wasted my money on it. I would give it a -10.
