BMW Broken and seized spark plug extraction?

Whilst rebuilding the carbs for this bike I couldn't get past the point that before I could go much further I'd need to extract the spark plug stub, seized into the cylinder head that was probably the reason for the bike to have been laid up originally.
Conventional tapered reverse thread stud extractors weren't going to get the piece out-I tried, so here's what worked on this bike and saved the head so it didn't need Heli-coil or other surgery.
I can now get on with rebuilding the engine and you'll see that across the next week or two.
