This method may take some time to get the feebas outbreak however once you do, you'll be swimming in shiny feebas! I want to mention this: If you want to evolve your shiny Feebas in to Milotic, if you don't have friends or another system and game to trade with you can use either versions of BDSP games and transfer your Feebas over via Home and use poffins to increase its beauty! Once its beauty is maxed, level it up and it'll evolve! You can transfer your shiny Milotic back to Scarlet and Violet when you're done. I hope this helps.

I got my shiny Feebas in a Love Ball! Resetting for the outbreak took about 27 minutes and fortunately I got the shiny on my first sandwich attempt! It’s now a beautiful Milotic that just missed out on the Jumbo Mark!

Been resetting for almost a week for the outbreak and haven’t got it. Now I’m trying masuda lol
Spent 10 minutes date skipping for a Feebas raid and 5 minutes actually hunting it and got 2 of them. No sparkling power either. Just incredible luck
2 hours last night and now 3 hours today resetting for Feebas outbreak all with encounter 2. Has to be hundreds of resets without Feebas outbreak I'm literally going insane.
Wow, so I read on a forum someone had luck closing the game and re-opening it. I realize I was playing all 5 hours on the same game session. I closed the game, re-opened. Did 2 resets and got a Feebas outbreak. So it seems the game may not have all outbreak chances possible on any given game session. I mean I'm just one person and it's anecdotal evidence but that is quite damning. The other person said they tried for sinistcha for over an hour (I saw sinistcha a TON during my feebas attempts) and after resetting he got it within 2 tries. So if you're having trouble getting your outbreak to spawn try closing and re-opening the game and then try more.
I decided to try a game reset and got the outbreak after only a handful of tries. I had been going for an hour prior to that.
... I'm going to try this.... and will report back. Since it's alot more effort to keep remaking sandwiches than going to time settings

I must be bugged or something I been resetting dates for 4 days now and not a single outbreak. And I’ve done at least 45min to an hr each day. Imma bout to give up on this shiny
Finally got IT!!! Thanks for the tip of going in the right side. It helps spawning a lot fast. Tough part was spawning the outbreak, it took me 3 hrs 💀💀💀
I finally got an outbreak but for some reason there arent that many spawning? And none are spawning in the room with the whiscash? Im so sad rn smh

I found going to the left side corner more consistent for spawns but the guide was incredibly helpful and i was able to get a shiny 9n my first sandwich. Now to go back and try and get a jumbo.

Already got mine. Decided to call my Feebas Belle.
It's not 60 per say, but you wanna stop when you get the notification that the outbreak has DEFINITELY gone down, which is the second one.
No it is 60. The notifications come up between 20-30 knockouts. The shiny odds max out at the 60th KO. If you are only following the second message then you are missing the increased shiny odds
I’m been trying to get a Feebas outbreak for 2 days now with no luck and I even tried the masuda method for 1 whole day with no shiny insight 😫 I wanna give up so bad but I just can’t.
Made a sparkling, encounter power 3 sammich during a mass outbreak & only got a couple feebas spawning at a time. What gives?
It’s encouraged to use a sparkling 3 water sandwich that doesn’t have encounter because it will cause more barboach to also appear. You can either use 1 sweet 1 sour HM to drop the encounter power or just do it without the shiny sandwich.
what do you do with the barboach spowns? i cant seem to find a way to get the feebas otbreack to spown even though i have it on my map and im using the sandwich

What do you do, if you have your outbreak but you start to count the spawns you've taken out and your outbreak stops at around 45. Even with a shiny sandwich on. Happened about 6 times to me. Grrr
Instead of lots of feebas all o get is barboach.. 3 feebas and 40 barboach

tried this without outbreak but only Barboach came in so I'll have to go back at some other point when I'm motivated to reset for the corretc outbreak ^^
did Lotad instead with my water sandwich & found a neat little picnic reset spot on the west side of the U-shaped pond (when looking at the pond, at the right of the rock, with your feet in the middle of the right-most flower patch - in that spot, you should not have any Oricorio/Morepeko etc spawns only Lotads a a few Lombres. They spawn in very quickly and the shiny is easy to spot).
8 months later, and i still think this was purely ment just to spite REVERSAL off.
I just tried to shiny hunt because i saw i had an outbreak already there. And no shiny at all, time for sandwich number two. Update: got 2 shiny Jumbo feebas on the third sandwich

If got othet room. Still okay. Dont find specific place . Too difficult to get this outbreak. I got on other room i got 6 shiny feebas.
You weren’t lying about getting the outbreak being brutal. So many resets and I still don’t have it 🥲 soon hopefully
I tried 30 resets then was gonna give up but the 30th reset was the feebas outbreak in the right room, caught 3 in love and beast balls

Finally got it! For me moving closer to the Feebas spawn pool while rolling for mass encounters seemed to help. Good luck to anyone else out there doing this hunt, and great tutorial!
Even with the feebas outbreak all I get is the annoying barboach 😢😭
I found a Shiny Male Salandit and without thinking saved, wasting my shiny sandwich when I reset bc I made the Salandit faint.
This method took me hours for basically no reward :(
both outbreaks i managed to get were in the pool you drop in. it made my life 100% harder

I tried many attempts and it almost consume half of my battery and still no feebas outbreak for me. This is the worst outbreak of my life and it causes me stress because of it

im only getting barboach spawns on my feebas outbreak and only 4 spawn on the other cave. is this because of my water sparkle sandwich?

I sat there a bit over an hour trying to force a feevas spawn but I wasn't lucky. I'm "only" missing the feebas line, white basculin line, seedot (but not it's evolutions) and the scsrlet exclusives (since I play violet)
I don't trade though so most if not all of these I'll end breeding 🤷♂️
