I can see the glow in Gowron's eyes and the smile on his wolfish face; you can tell that he's reveling in the telling of the tale. And now I know what the Klingon emblem actually symbolizes.
Damn I played the shit out of this game when I was 9. I remember finishing the story campaign like 10 times. I also remember bots being so ridiculously strong in that game, they dodged so well and almost always killed me. But it was soo fun at the same time.
I would have won the Klingons with one statement. “You’ve won all the battles to be had with weapons, now it’s time to battle with words.” Wrote that myself.
This video needs better visual parts to it, but I play it on my radio show everyday. It is the message of whats being spoken. Its more, MUCH MORE than a video game to me.
And no Klingon worker and soldier would ever again be oppressed :3 Although we could continue to oppress everyone else. But never each other, that is true honour. DX

Indeed, this game did surprise me with the amount of violence. But when a bat'leth is involved I guess it can't be helped. Were you aware that you could "turn off the gore"? All that did was eliminate the splattering of blood from the blade fights. Still, this was one of the coolest trek games made, and it was all about the klingons, baby.
You should Google around. Some old games work on Compatibility Mode, which is a setting you can sometimes use to make your computer run a program as if it's Windows XP, 98, etc.

I dunno about Deadliest Warrior, but I don't think Robert O'Reilly plays on 300. O'Reilly plays Chancellor Gowron on TNG and DS9, who is narrating this vid.
I'd love to find another copy of this game, I enjoyed the hell out of it back when. Has anybody ever drawn up a floor plan for the starting home? If I ever hit a lotto it could be fun to recreate it in the 'real world'.
