I'm currently 25 but when I was 14 I had been fortunate to go to a Star Trek convention and while waiting for my turn to get an autograph from the actor who played Martok there was a young boy in front of me who when he got his autograph he was treated to Mr Hertzler in full Klingon costume singing this whole song to him in perfect Klingon. for a young kid heck even for me to hear Martok singing in Klingon in person was an amazing thing. I don't know about the kid but I know I'll never forget that moment.

In 2018 there was a photo op of Gowron in full costume. At the same time there was a panel of Mary Chieffo and Kenneth Mitchell (the two Klingons from Season 1 of Discovery). Suddenly, Robert O'Reilly was sneaking onto the stage, scared the shit out of poor Kenneth Mitchell and started singing a Klingon chant before disappearing. I almost peed myself from laughing 😂🤣
Worf is the single most important factor in Klingon politics. He killed duras in order to avenge keylar leading to qowron being chosen as the next chancellor of the Klingon empire. Thanks to that action his family was awarded her lands back and his brother became a member of the Klingon high council. He brought back to Q'onos the clone of emperor kayless. Despite the status of the emperor being that of a figurine this action curtailed the power of gowron. He almost killed gowron when starfleet thought he was a changeling. And he actually killed gowron near the end of the dominion war. As he killed him in honourable combat it was in his right to claim leadership of the council and the empire, instead he chose general martok as the next chancellor and he became an ambassador after the war. Worf is a political maverick, he survived two discomendations and almost became chancellor of the Klingon empire.
Actually, It makes me feel (single handedly and hopelessly outnumbered, like a naked berzerker) like pounding my enemies; THOSE WITHOUT HONOR, the unrighteous, the corrupt, the cowardly - into a brutal defeat, causing all survivors, those that have not been dismembered, to flee in a lemming like, mindless panic before my incredible hulk-like domination. Phoenix Archangel Go to duolingo.com. You can sign up to be emailed when the course is released :) The date might change (they do sometimes) but right now it's set to be released on December 31st. And Duolingo is always free, forever, for every language :)
+Sarah Westmoreland Are they planning on updating their android translator app? I have tried it and was not impressed. Some of the other language translators that include klingon (I think flyjam developed 1) failed to include speech synthesis. And klingon is imperative to HEAR the unique consonant pronunciations (especially "tlh") like when a western language speaker is learning russian, hebrew, arabic or chinese; there are sounds that just don't exist in typical western languages.
I would recommend doing the courses on a laptop or desktop instead of a smartphone, for any course, just because their desktop version is so much better. For all of the languages that I'm currently taking (9) there are both vocal accompaniments to the written Klingon, and a pronunciation checker via voice recognition. I think that the Klingon course will turn out well, but if you're uncertain, I would recommend waiting until the beta period is over (though, that will be several more months), and then enrolling in the full program.
