If people realised that their insurers were not going to pay out (for their own car/van) if they suffered a loss while driving illegally, then we wouldn't have the current zombie apocalypse on the roads in UK.

The humorous part of this video (Besides the Dukes of Hazard music/reference) was that there were signs with "jagged" lines leading up to the turn and "jagged" lines on the road telling this driver to pay more attention. There was also a sign on the left telling them what kind of section of the road was coming up.
I love this type of roundabout with the ramps on the edges. The vehicles get launched. Here in the US they do not use that type of curb so the vehicles just drive through the roundabout. If we are lucky, they hit a teee.

I'm a civil engineer who designed highways & roads for decades, was involved when roundabouts first started being installed thruout my state. Out here in my Bucolic rural Southern New England neck of the woods, our local towns started installing roundabouts at multi-branched (more than 4) intersections to simplify movements. I got a great Chuckle out of the local yokels I know down at the local watering hole's various stories about driving home, bar closing time, blind drunk, not being aware of the new roundabout, blazing thru the intersection, hitting the center island curb, going airborne, landing their front axle on the statue or other monument they installed in the center, having to back up out of their predicament, drive backwards the rest of the way home on 2 wheels, 2 rims, to not get caught. It was always Funny to read the local newspaper's report on such incidents & have the satisfaction of knowing who the Perp's were.
The van was actually left on the roundabout for some days afterwards before recovered, also,featured in the local newspaper. How he couldn’t see that roundabout which is well signposted beats me.
