My vote is for a laundry room and kitchen. I know my vote doesn’t count,but you work so hard carrying that laundry to the washer mat.
I agree. Kitchen and laundry would be top of my list but maybe there are reasons to the order they have chosen they we are unaware of. I’m like a kid waiting for Christmas though to see it getting renovated.
I grew up going to the laundromat once a week for a few years growing up.Our house was on a river and the ppl that had built the house,it was their summer home.The maid would go to town each week to the laundromat.We finally had the dryer put in the garage then a few years later we added on to the house ( opposite end ) and had a washer and dryer in a closet.
I vote for a washer n drier too! And new kitchen! You deserve it. That going back n forth to laundry matt gets old!

I don’t think people are pre judging anything or trying to be mean. I think they say things because they truly care for Valerie and see how hard she works and would like to see her take it a little easier by making suggestions. Big difference in trying to be mean and trying to help.-Susan

Trust me, they do make their own beds and keep their rooms clean. I just wanted to showcase his finished bedroom as I am so proud of all Tim's hard work renovating the room. 😃
Umm trained or taught? I’m going out on a limb and say on the chance a male wasn’t taught or doesn’t care to help with household chores it’s during the dating process that we can weed out the lazy, selfish ones. Let’s “train” teach our daughters to CHOOSE a loving, supportive HELPFUL partner. This way we can count on them to make a good choice before rather than after and complaining about their partner.

U guys r awesome...but I am old school and a southern girl born and raised ...when I was growing up it was an unwritten rule with the kids u did not go to school or any place without ur bed being made and ur room was cleaned...my mom always said when u get out of bed it was too be made...kids nowadays do not do things like that anymore..we should go back to the good old days ..
Same here , always had to make the bed and same with my children and grandchildren
My Daddy was old school and former military he was born in Buckingham County, Virginia .He check to see if a quarter could bounce on my made bed after it was made every once in a while🌞💝
Exactly. They are plenty old enough to help with chores. You guys have enough to do without the kids helping.
I still make my bed before I leave home.

Hey, good call rearranging the primary bedroom! The room looks much larger, and it looks so nice with the sunlight streaning in on the bed. When things aren't as crazy, consider giving us a "quilt show". I have seen you cover your bed with some really lovely quilts, that's for sure. 😉

It kind of makes the room look bigger. That's good, y'all are gonna start finishing Granny's bathroom soon so she can have a functioning bathroom for herself and it would probably make her feel special! ❤ Tim is a great family man. ❤️

That flooring is beautiful just dark enough but not too dark. Love the size of your bedroom. Your new bed looks great too
I'm cringing watching you mop the floor in flip flops. In March I slipped on my freshly mopped kitchen floor and severely injured my back. I have been in excruciating pain since then. I too was wearing flip flops. They were leather with rubber soles, which can be very slippery when wet. The floor had long dried except for a small spot by the bathroom door. I hit that spot and went down right on my butt. I have been in physical therapy since and it has almost been three months. My life has changed drastically and it has been quite an adjustment having to become almost house bound and having to walk with a walker and cane. Please be very careful as I know you have knee and foot issues. With all the renovations you have left to do, if hurt, you would be of no help. I think the house and garden are coming along nicely. You guys are the best!

Children do different things today than when we were children. They help their parentes with everything related to the computer, internet and smartphone. When their room needs to be cleaned, they are probably not to happy to be filmed for UA-cam. They probably fix the room when it is not to be filmed❤

I hi Val & Tim ..I will never forget when I ordered a couch from overstock and it look like a great deal for $200.00 But, come to find out it came in a huge box from fedex and I had to put it together -and it was hilarious..it look like one of those dorm couches..learning lessons.. there so hard sometimes.,never again..I go to the furniture stores to look now..❤❤❤🙏😇✝️☮️🌈🦋🌼🤣
