I just completed the 76th day of my belly workout for 60 days thirty minutes per day and 16 days ten minutes per day ! Even giving just ten minutes of the day makes you feel confident that you are persistent may be not best in giving full efforts but eventually even little consistency does wonders after days and weeks and I am already in a magically healthy toned body ! I want to do stretching but I am too tired now too sleepy as I slept only for five hours today from 7 to 11 so I have to have a little nap once again after nashta and reading two three pages then I can go for back neck stretching exercise in the evening !
As a 16- year-old who rarely does exercise, I found this very helpful and motivating. Maybe I should do this for a week, then proceed to a more challenging work out

Oh wow! After eating too much pasta, I looked up a low impact HIIT workout I can do for 10 mins. Did this with all my heart, now I’m sweating like I’m in a sauna. Soooop gooooood!!
Idk why can't I balance myself on single leg. I was like falling when doing the first exercise. But by the way these are great moves. Doing it the third time and really liking it. Will continue insha Allah.
it is 3rd day i'm doing this with healty diet (no sugar no bread etc.) and with chinese abs exercise and so far i lose 1 kg. 3 days ago i took a photo of my belly and i can see difference! i am very happy and will keep to do this! thanks a lot. ❤
After reading so many positive comments I wud really want to try this workout. The simple reason is one of my favourite dresses and expensive ones look ugly on me bcz of my belly fat. So I really want to reduce it. I LL definitely try this. Wish me luck.
I have tried this 2 days ago, now's the 3rd day, and I'm getting more used to it. Day after day, the pain on my legs and belly decreases. When you feel the pain on your belly, that means it is working. By the way I'm a CS mom for about 8 months, so i take it easy. 😅

Having muscle soreness is a good sign. This means the targeted muscles are being trained. Give rest to your muscles for a day. I'm not a professional trainer but I know a bit about it

For someone who has only ten to fifteen minutes a day to devote to exercise, this has helped me tone my abs. Perseverance is key.
Day 1: Really struggled but broke out in a sweat, had to take extended breaks. Hoping day 2 is better

Hey. I started these workouts today only. While doing i could not feel much difficult but after 2 hours onwards felt pain at my thighs. What to do for better results?

Having muscle soreness is a good sign. This means the targeted muscles are being trained. Give rest to your muscles for a day. I'm not a professional trainer but I know a bit about it
