In this video, we will show you how to make a classic Italian Vanilla Panna cotta with raspberry coulis. Enjoy!
Ingredients for 4 servings
2 cups (480 ml) of Heavy cream
1/2 cup (100 g) of granulated sugar
1 vanilla bean
3 sheets of gelatin (5 gr)
Raspberry Coulis
1/4 cup (50 g) of Granulated sugar
1/4 cup (60 ml) of Water
16 Oz (450 g) of Fresh or frozen Raspberries
When the Panna cotta is ready, cover with Cling Film and keep in the refrigerator to set for at least 3 hours or overnight before serving with the fruit sauce.
