So…erm who’s gonna tell the girl the queen passed over a year ago…
Fr
LOL
that’s what i thought lol
💀
Yh
Did she just call jaffa cakes a cookie? BURN THE WITCH! 😂
😂😂I think it was her posh w ay, than to call it a biscuit 😂😂
IKR WTF
Tf we argue wether it’s a cake or a biscuit (it’s a cake) so don’t get started on cookies 😂
As a brit this hurts that they havent tried all these amazing foods 😭
Yeah
Very true lads
Should of given them a crunchie, a boost and a dip dab 👌🏻😍
oh my god dip dabs are so good
Their reaction to a dip dab would be so funny
As a brit just no on the British accents just no
Second this... especially when they are the stereo typical ones
Lol like y’all don’t make fun of American accents…….hypocrite
@@GeekyC yeah defo I have never met anyone who talks like that and I have lived in the UK my whole life
@@JonEvans-st9kt same mate .. then again I’m from a council estate so the odds of me meeting someone with a posh accent in my area is VERY low 🤣
@@Lydia_Ranki bro how many brits do you see making fun of American's & how they talk barely any compared to how many American's make fun of us
Am i the only one who thinks that Josh and Olly from Jolly should be the one to introduce them to Brits snacks? 😂😂
I LOVED they're version of this! With American high schoolers. That was hilarious!
@@yaowsers77 U & me fam 💯
Good idea.
2:30 she trying to be British but she still called a bloody cookie 🫣

I mean who calls them biscuits but yeah 💀💀
@@xoxoluvamaris I don’t call it a biscuit but it definitely isn’t a cookie

The girl who can imagine herself sitting with the queen and eating Jaffa cakes… who gonna tell her 👀
💀
As an American I’m lost tell us
@donaldmorris6021 you would now be enjoying it with the king
But she wanted to imagine herself eating it with the queen not the king?
She can't pretend? Lol
@@donaldmorris6021dead
I chocked when I heard someone call a jaffa cake a cookie while doing a British accent
They probably tried the Jaffa cakes that you can get at Aldi in the US, it is actually a cookie not a cake.
choked** and obviously they’re not going to know what it is, clearly they’re not British hence why the videos called AMERICAN teens try BRITISH snacks
It's a biscuit
@@marydavis5234 Given the bourbon biscuits were from Tesco's, I feel the Jaffa's could also be from there.
I am bri’sh
A Jaffa cake is not a cookie and eating them with the queen might be a bit difficult
I love this comment
If she’s got a ouija board maybe?!? 😂
Thank you
We have a queen. Her name is Camilla. 🤦♀️
@@atalanta9353 my assumption was they were referring to Queen Liz along with many others in the comments
As a Brit, not every biscuit is dunkable. If it has a chocolate coating, it's best to leave it out as your tea then gets too chocolatey. The exception is chocolate digestives.
The only chocolate biccy I would ever dip into my cuppa
Don’t speak for everyone there darling, I’ll happily dip my chocolate coated ones seems weird not to
Don't dunk any of them. I have all my own teeth and I like a crispy biscuits
As a brit seeing Americans enjoy jaffa cakes gave me inexplicable joy
I'm British. I'm sorry guys...
Jokes. Loads of those snacks are lush.
6:44-7:19 Epic. The drama. The suspense. The emotions.
7:32 Jaxon saying "that is straight rubbish mate" in a 100% convincing British accent before sipping some tea - EPIC 😅
Are you the producer? Are you from England or another British country? If you are from England which county are you from?
Marks & Spencers Jaffa cakes are the bomb. You can actually get a lot of great snacks from just the one store and most of it are above par. proper licorice, wine gums, bourbon cakes, hot cross buns, jaffa cakes, coffee and walnut cakes, ...
As a Brit who has been to Walmart a number of times, I got many different American sweets and treats I am confident to say that the Brits do sweets and treats so much better!
Tru
"That is straight rubbish mate" was the most british line in this video 😂
no one can do the british accent better than british 😂😂

I think we should 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Rest in peace liz
Toblerone is Swiss not british. Also Haribo is german...
These are the British manufactured ones
It’s about what we eat, not where it’s from

I feel ashamed I’m a Brit and didn’t know bourbon and penguins were same thing. No wonder I like both 😂
Same omg
Why do all Americans think we are posh…
Same as most of us thinking all Americans are stupid and over weight 😂😂😂
@@DistilledVoiceyea but our thoughts are correct
They kept calling jaffacakes biscuits/cookie's 🤣
Why are people crying about the British accent? It’s just kids having a laugh

Finally a British Snacks video with some of the top British Snacks!! Too many basic snacks being used in other videos
How do ya know British snacks if your username is DailyIrish?
@@futuramabender2078 You do realise British snacks are sold in Ireland?
@@danniellehill249 Hey I've been to Ireland and saw no British snacks!
@futuramabender2078 there were plenty when I lived there.
@@danniellehill249 I visited Kilarney, Cork, Belfast, and Dublin. I saw none! :( Actually, not sure if Britian has this or not, I did try Marmite on toast! It was delicious! I even saw Wheatabix! Is that a British food?

Fr😂
😂😂😂
I’m from Bristol 😂 won’t hear anyone like that ere 😂
“ I can see myself sitting with the Queen “ ….. Awkward .. 🙄😂
Jaxon seems like 10 years older than he actually is. He has so much general knowledge.
What wouldja say his brain age is?
@@futuramabender2078
They already said it, 10 years older than his actual age, so 26-28, as Jaxon is already an adult, or at least VERY close to it, since he's 17 or 18 by now. Some people...
As a canadian id be cool to see a teens/adults try canadian snacks
Put them into a diabetic coma with sugar pie, butter tarts, Nanaimo bars, and beaver tails
There was a site that reviewed Canadian snacks. The first one they did was that crispy chocolate and coffee? Bar. And they ended it's review with "it floats" so they included information about the buoyancy of all of them.
of course they would have to try Thrills Gum! remember, it's tag line, on the box itself is " It STILL Tastes Like SOAP"
Ain’t no way they just said “pip pip, cheerio”
As a Brit I’m offended 💀
as a british person these accent attempts are actually killing me. i almost cried halfway through but i had to know what they thought of my countries snacks.
Eating these snacks with the Queen is going to be quite difficult if they don’t already know.
Minor details😂
There are plenty of other queens in England ;)
I mean technically there is still a Queen of England, but she’s not the monarch, merely the monarch’s consort.
Better off without Savilles mates & they are German
Penguins are british childhood lunchbox staple
I'm bad with Jaffa cakes. I always buy a pack hoping to last me for a few days but I always end up destroying the whole pack in less than an hour 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Real 😂
Fr tho 🤣
U know how they come in packets in a box bro one packet takes me 3 mins 😂they r too nice
I buy 2 just in case
sameeee
did she say ''i can imagine sitting down with the QUEEN and eating these''
I'm 100% with Jaxon about the "Licorice Allsorts". We have those here in Canada too and black licorice, in ANY form, is indeed horrible. Yet only my GRANDFATHER kept buying them. Makes me think its one of those "its a grandfather thing" kind of things since even my GRANDMOTHER, who lived with him, didn't like it either.
All of these snacks sounded and looked good, I would recommend to try snacks from Sweden and Finland sometime.
I love to watch these videos so much, I watch at least one video per day. :)
The amount that said BOURBON as in the alcohol and not BOURBON the biscuit is killing me
wheres custard creams, chocolate digestives, rich tea??
they missed the fact that the fruit winders have a comic strip on the paper
Liquorice assortments are sooo delicious!!! Especially the coconut one
Now, my mom is OBSESSED with coconut but hates black liquorice. Does the coconut block out the taste of the black liquorice?
@@futuramabender2078 Hmm, not sure. I looove liquorice, salmiakk, salt, sweet etc. So perhaps you should ask somebody else to really get a right answer 😍
It's amazing to me that these teens who have likely never set foot in the UK believe wholeheartedly that the UK has terrible food which is fueled entirely by social media memes. The UK has the 7th highest amount of Michelin starred restaurants in the world behind the US by only 35 despite being the size of a single state.
that fella with the longer hair and the turtleneck looks like one of us ofc he liked everything
I feel like Twiglets, Marmite and Liquorice Allsorts are the only British food items that I wont get offended over if people from other countries don’t like them. 😂
You're so bad for giving them licorice, we don't like that either, maybe our grandparents might. Also why are you pronoucin bourbon like that, both you and the American teens are pronouncing it weird.
They say bourbon the right way when talking about their whiskey
English licorice but french licorice are better
Being Norwegian I was brought up on very salted liquorice
why u so mad lmao

I was about to say the same thing lol 😭😭

When they try to do English accents they just sound Australian 😆
As a Brit I can honestly say I've never met anyone who enjoys Liquorice Allsorts 😂
You've never met me then!
As a British person this was hard to watch
Ok i dont wanna be that person but like.. IS THIS WHAT HAPPENS TO MOST MY COMMENTS TO THEY SOMEHOW GET LOTS OF LIKES!?!?!? anyways lysm thx for the liked :D 15 march-
Omggg ikk
"This little cookie" ...
ITS IN THE NAME... "CAKE", JAFFA CAKE!
😂
yeah but they don’t know the debate
Been in the UK all my life. Don't think I've ever heard a single person say "Pip pip cheerio"
I suspect they lifted that from a Jeeves and Wooster episode. It sounded a lot like a Woodhouse novel. :)
SITTING WITH THE QUEEN BRO LEARN UR FACTS RIP QUEEN LIZZIE
I like that Ryker kept sliding his tea over for the biscuits. He knows what to do.
Yes, I go for the food!
The best part was the recognition of the value of dunking in the tea.
They need to try tea cakes. They are best snacks with tea.
The slow motion on the licorice made this whole video 😅
😂 It really did.
I miss the orange packets on Jaffa cakes for some reason they made them taste better😂😂
As someone from Britain, I HATE liquorice
mhm
Every American does the same accent.
Try a welsh accent, would love to hear that from an American.
I had NO idea the chocolate orange ball was a British thing!!! I love those! They are only in stores at Christmas in USA 😢
2:30 When she said she could imagine having these with the Queen, I checked the date of this post and genuinely buckled with laughter.
the second they called the jaffa cake a cookie/biscuit my phone magically flew out my hand and smashed against the wall
U can just tell the kid that said britains food has a low bar has never actually ever visited the uk lool
Britain has the best snacks ever
This is like one of the first Americans trying British foods video where people have actually like our food 😂😭
They only scratched the surface of our selection of sweets, also a large portion of people from the UK don't like Liquorice and Twislers so you're not the only ones. Hope there's more to come, that was fun to watch.
GIVE THEM PRAWN COCKTAIL WALKERS ITLL CHANGE THEIR LIVES
Please tell me I'm wrong but, did they still have the teabag in the cup whilst drinking it? I saw what i think was a string..
12:17 Eating a whole Chocolate Orange in one go is easy. I'm usually left looking for more. Try it with a drink of cold milk. Heaven.

@@godlovesyou1995 no it ist 💀
Haribo is German & Toblerone is Swiss, a snack sold in the UK doesn't make it a British snack.
To be honest, most people probably wouldn’t know the difference they just like chocolate 🍫 and sweets 🍬
calling a jaffa CAKE a cookie💀💀💀💀
I am a Brit who’s lived in the UK all her life. These are my rankings on today’s snacks.
Jaffa cakes are like Pringles. If I had any less self control I would eat an entire pack of 30 in 5 minutes. 10/10
Bourbons. Nice and classic. Really good for a biscuit. Doesn’t really reach the heights of the Jaffacake. 8/10
Fruit Winders. Alright. Sort of the b-tec version of the ones covered in sugar you get at cinema pick ‘n’ mix’s. 5/10
Liquorice Allsorts. I hate liquorice. These are slightly more bearable than regular liquorice. 2/10
Penguin. Honestly, just a Bourbon but better. Plus you get a joke. 9/10
Twiglets. Honestly, these are sort of weird. Eating a Twiglet is like people who eat ridiculously spicy stuff just because they like the pain. Twiglets are terrible but for some reason I just sort of want to eat another one. Still kinda terrible. Have some Marmite and butter on a crumpet instead. 4/10
Terry’s Chocolate Orange. Honestly these are great. Super fun to eat. Only slight complaint is the thing I have with all chocolates, is that it often get’s a bit too rich for me so I only have a little bit at a time. But honestly if my only complaint is that I can’t have too much. You’re probably doing something right. 9/10
Jammy Dodgers. These also have the Jaffacake and Pringles problem. I love them too much and would eat entire packets in one sitting if I didn’t have some self control. 10/10
Ginger nuts. They’re fine. But I’d rather have a digestive any day. Maybe I’m just not a big a fan of ginger as other people. 6/10
Chocolate fingers. These also have the Jaffacake and Pringles problem. But maybe not to the same degree. Still really great. 9/10
Space Raiders. Honestly, not the best crisps at all. To be honest, really just kinda average. When we have McCoy’s, Wotsits, Quavers, Monster Munch, Hula Hoops, Frazzles and Skips. Space Raiders are just sorta slightly below average for British crisps. 5/10
You should’ve included some Scottish ones too. Tunnocks, Tablet and Rowies are some of my favourite. Honestly, if Tablet was included in this list you would have to bump every other score down by 1 to give Tablet the sole 10/10.
And Rowies are the final form of a croissant. They’re just amazing. All incredibly unhealthy but amazing.
Sidenote: Jaxon is the only one able to do a half decent English accent, I actually know someone who sounds kinda like his attempt at the accent.
Should have been some Mr Kipling goodies in there too 👌🏼
14:01 that's... that's because jammy dodgers aren't made for dipping. they're not a dipping biscuit

I did not know that Terry’s Chocolate Oranges was a British snack! I used to get them for Christmas sometimes. I wasn’t a big fan of them back then, but I know your taste buds change so maybe I feel differently now. Would definitely have to try again now!
I always seem to get one right around Christmas and I'm a huge fan of orange and chocolate together. He's also right though. I can't recommend eating them all in one sitting.
They are a quintessential British Christmas treat and we used to get one in our stocking every year. The smell of it automatically reminds me of Christmas though I'm not mad on the taste.
The English accents was torture lmao but I’m glad they enjoyed the snacks 😭
The best thing about UK snacks is that they have much less sugar than US snacks. And the chocolate is far superior.
"Would you like a Jelly Baby?" The 4th Doctor
When the 11th Doctor put Jammie Dodgers next to Clara’s bed….
As a Brit, I can confirm liquorice is vile 😭 you should give them Maynard Winegums!
I am a Brit that hates chocolate oranges. I love ginger nuts, and use them for the base of a ginger and lemon cheesecake.
How are you gonna give them a Tesco value bourbon biscuit I mean they’re fine but if you’re trying to show them the biscuit show them the bloody biscuit Not it’s money-saving cousin
As a British I need to tell you there are more flavours of jammie dodgers
