This cutlet is very easy to prepare with all time available ingredient in the kitchen or market which is cabbage . Super crunchy cabbage cutlet can be enjoyed as a snack with tomato sauce or with green chilli sauce. So, must try this quick, easy and super delicious crunchy cabbage cutlet ( bandha kobi cutlet ) at home and enjoy .
Ingredients :
1. Cabbage ( Bandha Kobi / Patra Kobi / Patta Gobhi ) - 2 palmful
2. Ginger - 1 inch
3. Garlic cloves - 6nos
4. Green chilli - 2 nos
5. Orange Red food colour - A pinch
6. All purpose flour ( maida ) - 4 tbsp ( or as required )
7. Cornflour - 5 tbsp ( or as required )
8. Salt to taste
