Veg Cutlet Recipe by Mrunalinee | Snacks | Cutlet Recipe : Cutlet is a deep fried Snack prepared with boiled potato , lots of vegetables, spices etc. Which is coated with semolina, bread crumbs , vermicelli etc. Enjoy these super crispy delicious Veg Cutlets hot with tomato ketchup as evening snack :)
Ingredients :
1. Flattened Rice ( Chuda ) - 1½ cup ( or as required )
2. Vermicelli ( Simei ) - 1½ cup ( or as required ) or use roasted vermicelli instead of it
3. Boiled Potato ( Sijha Alu ) - 4 medium
4. Corn flour / Arrowroot powder - 2 tbsp ( or as required )
5. Finely chopped Carrot + French beans - 1/2 cup ( each )
6. Finely chopped Beetroot + capsicum - 1/3 cup ( each )
7. Chopped Green chilli ( Kancha lanka ) - 2 pcs ( or as required )
8. Fresh Coriander leaves
9. Grated Ginger ( Ada ) - 2 inch
10. Dry Fenugreek leaves ( Kasuthi methi ) - 1 tbsp
11. Green Peas ( Green matara ) - 1/2 cup
12. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
13. kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
14. Garam masala - 1 tbsp
15. Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
16. Salt to taste
17. All-purpose flour ( maida ) - for coating & slurry
18. Black Pepper powder ( kala golmaricha gunda ) - 1/2 tbsp
19. Oil to fry .

Wow Veg Cutlet recipe was looking absolutely very fabulous in color. It was very crispy, inside is very juicy, and perfect golden brown in color.👌👌👌
The all types of vegetables make inside stuffing very colorful, and all type of spices make inside stuffing very flavorful. I think it's taste is very delicious.
At the end you have served this recipe on white color serving plate with tomato ketchup. Which was looking very attractive, and very eye catching. Your presentation was so elegant.
I think this recipe is amazing combination with tomato ketchup, chili sauce, and also green chutney.
