I live in Florida, but my husband and I visited Salem for the second time last month. We hit all the Hocus Pocus filming locations and while we were at the “Dennison/Hocus Pocus” house, the owners were outside and I got to chat with Dot, the wife. She was adorable and so sweet! She even let me do a little video interview! I’ll email it to you if you’d like to see it. ❤️
That's so cute! They were driving away when I got there but I thought it would be weird if I just approached them about their house so I let them go. I should have gone though, I'm glad you got to meet them!
Great video! I love seeing video of salem. Wife and I booked a Halloween stay in 2021 at the same hotel . The waterfront . So excited 😁 thanks for ur vlog insight on salem .👍 Hope u get to go back soon !
Amber The streets were so quiet and of course masks were required everywhere indoors and a lot of the museums required online ticket purchase and reservations! I made a video on my channel feel free to check it out 🤗

Duncan donuts was created in Boston that’s why there’s so many. Too bad you missed out on house of 7 gables it was one of the best tours. Gotta take time while you’re there. A lot of hidden stores etc. I found if you ask locals you can visit the best of the best. Good video it gives people a small glimpse of what it’s like. Loved Salem gonna be one of my top vacation spots

Sorry for the late response! There was free parking at our hotel so we just left it there and walked around.

Every thing downtown is probably in two square miles an easy walk .also you can take a nice trolly ride.
I just walked around and did one walking tour. If it wasn't such a last minute trip I probably would've planned more museum visits!
