So very impressed with this machine! Have watched many videos and every one has impressed me. Sent back my Maytag large capacity HE washer after only 28 days as it did not meet any of my needs. Came across this beautiful machine and will be purchasing it. I have been a Maytag user for over 35 years. Had my former washer and dryer for 30 years of constant use. Built to last. This machine looks the same.
That was actually a decent spray rinse. It was nice to see the water actually saturating the clothes and not just spraying directly onto the base of the agitator, doing nothing.
Well technically if the spray rinse hits the bottom of the agitator, the water will still hit the clothes due to centrifugal force but yea they’re obviously not as good as the one in this video
I'm so in love with this washer!!!! I would pick this washer over any other HE washer!!! The way the clothes wash is perfect!!!! Does this machine give you an option to add softener?
Hey Kirk....I finally just ordered a new washing machine--the Maytag MVWC465HW. Can you tell me the easiest way to disable the lid lock? Thanks in advance.....GOD BLESS!!!!!!!
I would not brad about this washer being quiet or silky smooth. On an unbalance load it can get a little rough but not bad enough to worry about. It is not as stable as the super old Maytag but it can hold its ground compared to many of other models currently on the market.
With the next video you do of this machine, if there will be one, could you possibly give us a wider shot so we can see how you go about bypassing the lid switch?
I think the "government mode" is normal without any options. If you switch any of the options on, then you will get hot fill and full rinse fill in normal mode. All other modes use hot and full rinse, regardless of options.
Now I see. Normal mode with no options is an "Obama mode", if you switch any option or use any other mode, then it's a normal full rinse, hot fill, etc.
"Normal" is perfectly adequate for most loads plus it gets done really fast. I would call the wash cycle "Trump mode" -- ridiculously loud agitation with annoyingly noisy spin.

This washer will handle any load you throw in it...true beast
This washer loves big loads.
Check out that washing action!! Incredible!! I would definitely have to put my mom's clothes on delicate cycle.
ASK KIRK RIVas to the auto temp control
Thank you for the upload Kirk Rivas.
When I'm moving out soon I'll definitely get this washer!
So I guess if you use fabric softener on this cycle you need to use the extra rinse option. Very good spray rinse though.
Look at that turn over. Like the old direct drives.
Why is The duel action agitator
not really being a duel action agitator
edit i think the dogs are wore out
Kirk thank you for posting!
Love it! ❤️ Thanks Kirk. Now I want this washer hahahahaha.
If they put a water level switch and soil level switch on this bad boy, it would put Speed Queen out of business...maybe.
Irwin G nah because i hear this machine does not allow true hot water into the tub
@@fargeeks It will, if you unplug temperature sensor from it default location.
@@fargeeks in the future no one will want speed queen anymore just watch my words
New model is that way just released new version of this washer

so I should buy this one
@@MultiWayland you should
Why does it do weird noises once it finishes the final spin? Sensing I assume?
no thats the lid unlocking the lid olny locks during spin

how much noise and vibration does this machine produce? Hard to tell by video

Weenie is heppyyy

That's pretty easy to do. Just unscrew the lid switch from the lid and slip into the switch!

What is your top pick for a washer?
excellent wash action but what its really missing is a tub brake and tub suspensions
Peaking around the tub, I think I noticed the suspension rod hangers. I'll post a video with front panel removed soon.
Kirk Rivas for more durability the, suspensions should be at the bottom of the tub like the speed queen top loaders have.

Thank you for all of your videos. Any chance you will start doing dishwashers? :)
I'll see what I can do, it would be more of a sound test.
Why does it Mix So Fast
Extra rinse is always deep rinse?????
I think the "government mode" is normal without any options. If you switch any of the options on, then you will get hot fill and full rinse fill in normal mode. All other modes use hot and full rinse, regardless of options.
I wonder if extra rinse with normal cycle would be spray rinse?? I'm guessing NO.
No.
Extra rinse on "Normal" almost completely fills the tub for both rinses as well as the wash cycle.
Is this direct drive?
Belt drive.
This washer spins
likes a belt drive motor
Now I see. Normal mode with no options is an "Obama mode", if you switch any option or use any other mode, then it's a normal full rinse, hot fill, etc.
