Me first time watching in how to make wine~~
1:26
Me: what in the %
😂
It's completely traditional, what's the problem?
Exactly 😉
I won't drink homemade wine unless i know how it was made
by the end i had forgotten about the feet lol
Nice wine, nice color, nice you're speech thanks 😉🙏.
Thanks 👍🏼 please share the video with your friends and family 😉
I love y’all Italians. I love your culture your food, wine, beer, and your suits and ties and leathers. est....
Thanks ☺️ please share the videos with your friends 😉 thanks again
If you want plain wine ( not sparkling) do you still use sparkling wine at the start for fermentation, and then at the bottling stage leave out the sugar?
Yes 👍🏼 and yes again 😉 no sugar at the end
I really like your vids, Btw you can use a plastic bag for you foot
👍 good idea 😉
why though
🤪
hardXcoreminecraft - Why not?
that ought to transfer some of the fungi/yeast from the feet required for fermentation 🤣🤣
Omg , I am addicted to your channel already 😅🥂 Thank you for sharing 💖
😂 thank you for sharing the videos with your friends and family 👍🏼
I wish I could visit Italy soon again 💙 stay safe and blessed my friend 🥂

Can beer be used as a yeast starter source for beer fermentation like this?
Yes 👍🏼 but only not filter and not pasteurized beer
Hi bro, what is the Alcohol content in the Rose' wine? And should the wine be Sour very Acidic? Because my wine is very Acidic taste (Sour and tart) does it means My Rosé Wine is up to standard and quality? Please let me know.....
Usually it’s 10 or 12 % but I don’t know your wine because different grapes give different wine. Usually it’s not sour, are you using the airlock? Probably the wine get in contact with air and now it’s vinegar
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato I did use the air lock..... I doesn't taste bad, but very Acidic, like A sting on the tounge when drunk, but it tastes drinkable. What is your opinion,I put citric acid into the Wine when making it, and I used brewers yeast to Ferment the wine. It's A dry wine .. please let me know about my wine
Ok 👍🏼 next time avoid citric acid
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato thank you brother
😉👍🏼
Can you also use champagne yeast for sparkling rosé wine?
Yes 👍🏼
Do I need to put any wine in it to start fermentation? I don't want sparkling wine. Do I need any yeast or something? Just grape juice right?
Just grapes 😉👍🏼
it's look like very nice wine. sir one question grasp no need yeast ? in fermentation process
The yeast is already on the grapes 😉
Is it okay to use branded sparkling wine for fermentation - but they are stabilised mostly (I don't have home made sparkling wine) or should I add yeast..or best way is to find that kind of grapes with natural yeast.. pls suggest..
I've never tasted plain wine so don't know difference between plain and sparkling wine but sparkling looks beautiful..:)
Yes usually they kill the yeast but you can use fresh grapes
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato one very important question regarding yeast.
Which yeast to be used for wine making..?
various types of yeast are available in small sachets, seperately for Red, white and sparkling wine.. under name blue star, Red star etc..
While another type of general purpose dry yeast is also available... which is common used for all wine types and bakery.
Which one you use and recommend..?
Always better specific yeast for the wine that you want to make?
When you made apple cider, you use juice extractor. Any reason not using it on extracting grape juice? or just smash the grape with hand blender?
If you have the extractor you can try but usually for the grape we do like in the video
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato Thank you very much.
😉👍🏼
Thanks for the nice informative video, I didn't understand something here @ 2:16
You said to add a glass of "sparkling wine" to start fermentation.
Just any kind of sparkling wine will work? don't we need some kind of a yeast for fermentation?
The fermentation will start alone but if you want sparkling wine you can add a glass of sparkling wine instead of yeast
Exactly
why are you using wine to ferment wine?? do you not use yeast to breakdown the sugars like with honey wine??
Exactly 👍🏼 because I want the same yeast that is in the first wine 🍷
I am looking for Rose Petal wine. I have made it before but I hoped it to taste it. Within 5 hours it turned to vinegar.
You need the airlock
AIRLOCK : amzn.to/3f8YYxO
What type of sparkling wine would you recommend to use for starting the fermentation (i.e. riesling, sauvignon, chardonay, merlot, or Italian grand reserva etc.?) Also, use red sparkling wine for red wine and white sparkling wine for white wine or it doesn't matter?
The wine that you like most 😉
Up to you 👍🏼 it will be the same
my fermentation is still going on after 3 weeks, I saw bubbles come out regularly. Should I wait till there is no bubble to bottle?? Thank youuuu so much!
Are you using the airlock?
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato thank you for the response !!- yes, I am using an airlock, and see the bubble comes out from it pretty often!!
Ok 👍🏼 wait until the bubbles stops 😉
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato thank you so much!!!!
Let us know when you taste it 🍷
Brilliant thank you! Love all your wine video's 😊
Thanks, please share the videos with your friends 😉 thanks
Hello! The type of grapes you used, is it naturally sweet or more sour?
Sour
Nicey all video frind
Thanks 😊👍😋
I love Rose Wine.
Brava 🤩
Hello, instead of putting it in a barrel you put in the bottle?
Why in a barrel?
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato to age and get the oak flavor
But not with rose wine but with red wine 😉
What is different between red wine and rose wine?
The color and the taste
How did you filter them from the yeast and make them look so limpid and nice? Do you have a filter in your tap ?
Also grazie mille
No filter 😉 you should wait and the yeast will deposits on the bottom
You used a sparkling wine (spumante) as yeast ...
Impressive
😉👍🏼
I did it with a bottle instead of a fermentator and the fermentation finished earlier! I wanna ask you how can I control its sweetness? how can I make the wine more sweet ?
More sugar but don’t exaggerate or check the video 😉 sweet wine passito
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato Hello Andrea and sorry if I'm asking a lot of questions. I put the juice in a bottle with a pierced balloon, after 2 days the balloon shrink and the yeast was down the bottle so I moved them to another bottle with a balloon and now after 2 other days the balloon didn't grow and even though their color is clear now, I started to see small white bits on the top of the wine. Can I transfer them to the glass bottle now or should I wait more ? (if the balloon stops does that mean that the fermentation ended? and even if it ended can I keep them a bit more so that the substances goes down and the wine becomes clear ?). Grazie Mille and sorry for the long question
Yes you can drink it 👍🏼 be careful the white on the top could be the beginning of vinegar process 😬
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato so I should remove the white or add it to the bottle ? grazie

Oohh thats brilliant.

Hi mate, thanks for your videos I really enjoyed. Do you ever used sulphur in your wine? How do you avoid the spoiling?
No never, what kind of spoil?
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato A time ago I made some black berry wine at home and it tasted good, a few months later, after being stored in good conditions, the wine was spoiled. Some one told me that I should use sulphur to inhibit or kill unwanted yeasts or bacteria and therefor protect the wine.
👍🏼 I never experience it
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato That is way from now on I will only follow your recipes. Thank you veryyy much for sharing.
Thanks 👍🏼 please share the videos with your friends and family 😉
You did everything correct except you should have added 1 Tsp of Champagne Yeast in with the sugar, then seal the bottle and lay the on a rack upside down at a 45 degree angle, every day you go out a turn each bottle 1 quarter turn, as it carbonates the dead yeast and lees down down to the throat of the bottle. It takes about 12 months, then you freeze the necks, pop the cork to blow out all the dead yeast and immediately put your finger over the opening and re cork it ! Now its REALLY Carbonated! Enjoy Paison !
Thanks 👍
very long journey
😀😉
Do you wash the grape, and how to clean the fermentation container
