Long time Tropico 6 player here and I think you did an amazing job covering the Beginners guides in part 1 and part 2. I've been attempting to have my father play for a few years now and you've done a great job at summarizing what I was unable to.

There are two things I think the game is missing. An alert when the trade routes refresh and hot keys for citizen actions.
George Orwell's 1984. Other than that, great vid, very comprehensive. You deserve way more subscribers.

Yeah, I actually found my copy of the book recently and I realized that I probably made that mistake a dozen times on the channel 😅

Tip for warehouses : You can stack materials inside like lets Gold on all 3 levels then you just pause warehouse so you don't pay upkeep of warehouse ! So when you need that gold you just unpause warehouse and voila Gold is still there !

Yeah, Tropico is the most open-ended city builder in my opinion. There is a very crazy amount of freedom when it comes to setting up islands to do different things. Check out the final few videos for each of my playthroughs on my channel; I put them all into playlists. I've made utopias, dystopias, and dictatorships. Lots of fun to be had and I'm probably going to do a final few videos on Tropico in the coming weeks. I want to finish the current project I'm working on then I'll have the time to record some Tropico!

@@jericho5253 Yeah, honestly, I was going to record and upload a video where I beat all of the missions in Tropico soon. It was the next thing I wanted to do after my next Ark video, but this one will be quick, I will try to have it done by Friday. I schedule videos to upload through the night, so around Saturday morning I will have the video up unless it takes a while to finish.
you should do DLCs guide and tips of each building like you did here. i'm strugling hard with the Deaseases, to the point i'm almost deativating it, only keeping for the Giga hospital.

best tip video ive seen so far for tips quality but you really should have put all the only poor tropicans content into its own video about how to do that, the constant mentions of it felt unrelated and weird
I talk about it so much because they are the class that is right on the edge. Broke tropicans can't afford anything and well-off, rich, and filthy rich tropicans can all afford pretty much the same stuff. Poor tropicans must have special care offered to them. They have their own set of buildings that must be provided. Their own grocery, their own entertainment buildings, their own medical buildings, their own housing options. On pretty much every island you want to have 0 broke tropicans. Every class above poor can share the same buildings. Poor tropicans need an entire subset of buildings and if you don't construct these buildings for them, they will start to rebel without you noticing why they are.

Nice video, but is it possible that some of the things you use are tied to dlc? Like made in tropico?
Oh wow, I 100% thought that "Made in Tropico" was a part of the base game. 😅
I did my best to only use and talk about the base game, I should have really turned off all my dlc to make this guide.
@@stackingmodifiers2465 I only have one dlc so far - tropican shores or how its called, with the pearl divers and house boats (for 2 days by now 😆)...
But maybe it could be part of the Wallstreet dlc I'd say? Boosting trade sounds like it could be the Lama of Wallstreet dlc. 🤔
Some part of me hopes that Im right, since I really dont care about the movie, influencer, or space dlc for now 😂✌️.
@@ololadin91 I just tested it and yes Made in Tropico is a part of the Llama of WallStreet DLC. The DLC also comes with the Trade Institute, Toy Workshop and Smart Furniture Studio buildings. And the last major thing is that it introduces price fluctuations. Goods will change over time either becoming cheaper or more expensive. Thanks for the comments 😄
