According to the art book, the singularity the Carnival uses is actually turning anything consumed into silk.
Meaning that while you can eat humans and convert their personalities and physical attributes into silk you can do things like turn a suit of armor in to a business suit.

Lobotomy corp didn't exist yet, it was just Carmen's unnamed Outskirts lab.
The seed of light project itself wasn't the reason the Head took action, it was Angela's blueprints that set them off. The seed of light project, and thus E.G.O., would otherwise not have been interrupted and the consequences would have been assimilated into the City's cycle (as told by Zena in the scene before the final battle).
I will concede that it wasn’t lob corp by name out in the facility, however all the players are that of lob corp so I paraphrased there.

A few things to note: Arbiters are the Head’s big guns, Claws are like their footsoldiers. The Index’s machine thingy is most likely a Singularity, but definitely connected to the City’s collective consciousness. Singularities can exist without a Wing owning them, but owning one makes you more likely to be able to found a Wing. There are tons of Singularities, including things like infinite food creation, and K Corp’s medical nanotech is considered mediocre as a Singularity. The Ruins and Outskirts can have Abnormalities not created by L Corp. Magic is believed to exist and is different from Singularities. The Sweepers were created from a flesh-melting Singularity by the Head
K Corp's is considered MEDIOCRE?!
Is there something better?! Or is it to resources intensive?? I mean I compared their Singularity Tech as Forbidden Fruits. I totally believe any country in our world would doom themselves to Hell GLADLY to get any of those, Death Note sequel 1-shot style!
@@Ramsey276one I’m guessing the line was talking about its ‘qualifications’ as a Singularity - since it’s so specialized, it can’t be used for as many applications as some other Singularities, kinda like how J Corp apparently has tech to store luck to use later but it isn’t considered a Singularity because it can’t be applied in enough ways

I posted this on reddit and im saying here, my personal headcanon that E corp controls entertainment industry in the city, producing films, shows and cartoon to entertain the masses. For the singualarity i think e corp singularity would just basically bring out concepts from the person's mind and projecting them into reality basically the dream of most artist and animators , the ability to content without putting in the work

I also seem to remember that Lowell mentioned that Moonstones can be used to record memories and then project them, like a camera. Which is why I think disctric 14 has a taboo on recordings.

It is still surprising that out of all the Corporations that are used in Lobotomy Corporation, the only one we still have no idea about is P Corp. All we know is they created a bunker that is truly the safest place in the world, and food that can never expire.

Okay i know I'm late as fuck on this but chances are that the calamity that befell D corp is probably apocalypse bird because during the prologue in Limbus its shown that the prologue is taking place in the black forest and apocalypse bird is probably the only real thing you could call a calamity like other aleph level abnormalities
13:25 P company may be P Corp, since in Canto VII we learn that their singularity can be boiled down to keeping things in a stable condition (I am not entirely sure to what extent, but they work on architecture and food preservation with that). If anyplace was to be a shelter, it would be P Corp.
SPOILERS FOR LEVIATHAN
By running the untranslated chapters through Google translate, I have picked up a few extra details
1. N corp’s main singularity is the Suicide Vending Machine which is found in many parts of the city. It is not a true vending machine but instead some kind of building. Researcher Gubo of N corp also mentions that N corp’s singularity relates to culture.
2. The mirror (aka the identity singularity) was invented by Yi Sang who is a high ranking researcher at N Corp. Blueprints for the singularity were stolen by researcher Aseah and sold to the Ring where they were used to create the Glass Window singularity (a variant of the identity singularity that let’s you use multiple identities at once but in a more unstable form).
3. Gubo was sent by N Corp to infiltrate the Ring, take back the stolen singularity, and bring Aseah to justice. The last we see of him, he runs away with Aseah and his fate is currently unknown.
As a side note, Gubo appears in the Limbus trailer where he appears to be taking on a villain role.

@@DMrLeeds I feel like limbus chapters updates could be a nice thing. A sort of in-depth dive into the story of the chapter and deconstructing the new lore info gathered. This would allow to prevent new players from getting spoiled chapters they haven't reached yet, but to also inform the ones that seek specific info on a certain chapter. Thats just how I feel about it, tho
