Inside your craft room closet you should set up a gift wrapping section that can organize just your wrapping supplies. That’s something I’m working on just off my craft room, just under the stairs.

I just did this for my Alex drawer. Inside the drawers there’s screws on the left and right side, just unscrew them and pull the drawer out. The screws keep it from pulling out all the way. Once you grab what’s behind, push the drawers all the way back in and back out to realign the sides and screw back in place! Super easy, just UA-cam it!
I can’t believe how many negative comments you received. I would hate to think what people would say about the things that I have from the DT. I also have a massive scrapbooking collection. We all have reasons for what we do whether we give it to family members for gifts, for charities or whatever. It’s no one‘s business what you do. They are watching your channel so if they don’t like it they shouldn’t watch. I think all you need is some shelving units possibly from IKEA that you could store things so you can see them better. I have some in my craft room and I found that I need bins that I can put my stickers in so I can see them.
The crazy thing, is there are many others who do DT hauls and you don't see anyone saying anything. It is what she and others do , haul to show us what the DT is carrying, they get paid for it. Guess some people are just that, "Negative".

You’re right, in the end it’s really none of anybody’s business but I think we can all agree we enjoy watching Marie and her hauls. We are all only human and curious. One of my questions is what can one possibly do with all that stuff? But again, it’s not my stuff! Putting oneself out on UA-cam for thousands to see your life is only bound to bring questions and observations.
With the style you have already in there I would go with the Golden Girls, Maybe do a station based on each lady, Dorothy - simple, Rose - whimsical, Blanche - colorful, and Sophia - traditional.

I’ve had a room like this, when you began the clean-up, in my first house. What a GREAT feeling it is to organize and clean it all up. There’s always more organizing that needs to be done, but right now it is manageable.
Good video ! I guess what bothers me the most about my craft room decluttering process, is every single item I own was once cash. So i spent all that money, only to end up donating a lot of it. No more. I'm being very picky about what craft items and tools I buy now. And decluttering as I craft. Videos like yours really help. Thank you!

Very satisfying declutter😀🤩💗For the Alex Drawers pull the drawer all the way out, on either sides of the drawer there's a screw that holds the drawer to the metal "arms" once you unscrew both sides the drawer will pull out all the way. I have all my drawers "unlocked' with the screws it makes it easier to organize to the back properly and they don't fall off...😀

I love this! You did an excellent job. I'm really looking forward to what you do and how you decorate this room. It's going to be awesome! I just reorganized and cleaned my craft room and I'm so happy about it. I went to Big Lots and got 2 big dressers with lots of drawers and a nice big chest with drawers. They work great and they were delivered put together. I already had 2 8x10 4 drawer file cabinets (I have folders with all of my planner stuff in them), 6 plastic sets of storage drawers on wheels from Michael's for paper storage, and 2 tall WalMart shelves in that room. Granted it doesn't all match but I don't care. I'm just glad to have it all done and put up. I do have Christmas crafts on the closet shelf and I have a closet full of Halloween craft, planner, and card making stuff. I have everything centrally located in it's own area...finally!

Lone it! I use IKEA Kallax white shelves with storage bins to house all of my school crafts and supplies. Those would look great in your craft room. They even have matching tables for crafting. You should give it a look. 🤗

They are inspiring and fun to watch as you are working on projects and stuff. I found out that my storage solutions have to incorporate being able to see my stuff instead of put in a drawers- so I am a butterfly, lol. You can take a test and figure out what type of "bug" you are. 4 types of org. Styles are listed. It has really helped me really get a handle on specific areas. #notsponsored. I hope to see you soon. Good for you...don't get overwhelmed. Take a break when you feel like it...there is always tomorrow. You didn't create this in a day and you certainly won't get it done in a day. Purge and learn to part with things...you can not possibly use it all in your one lifetime...Great start!!

When unboxing your boxes I see that you have sheets of window clings that you never took off their sheets. I never take my holiday window clings off their sheets either and just instead hang the whole entire sheet up as decoration. I have found that window clings do not stick good to the window and they are just wasted so I keep the entire sheet in tack and use the whole sheet for holiday decoration.
The room you have dreaded the most it getting done! And I'm sure you feel soooooo accomplished! I could just tell how happy you were by your voice! I am feeling your satisfaction all the way up to Michigan girl!!!! Kinda wish I could have came and helped you. Organizing is my jam! Love it!!!
OMG just 1 1/2 min into the video and I was exhausted for you!!! All those bins!! Then chuckled when at the end they were all piled up in the media room! I feel your pain, always make a mess of the house when I clean one room! I still have boxes ready to go to goodwill of the cleanout I did in my craft room! My best suggestions for organizing ur craft room and what products/furniture to buy in order to do so is to watch some craft room videos. There are many on here with tons of very practical and useful ideas. I’ve used some of them. IKEA seems to have the most versatile furniture in order to do so. It will be an investment and you will spend time setting things up and putting up shelves. I really don’t see any other way to get the organization u need since u have such a large variety of things. Make different areas and tackle 1 at a time. U won’t feel so overwhelmed that way. Layout the room and what ur needs r 1st then go shopping.

If you pull your bottom Drawer of your Alex drawers out you will find a screw that the drawer slides on. Unscrew it , then you can pull drawer completely put and get what has fallen behind. I had to do it with one of my bottom Drawers. Not hard at all. Love the thought of your craft room. I think I am most excited to see this area dpne and being able to see the progress.
My whole house looks like that, so don't feel bad! I just don't know where to start. I have fibromyalgia, 3 leaking heart valves and 5 slipped discs in my back. So IF I get through a store, by the time I get home I can just barely bring in the bags, drop them and hit the bed. Unfortunately it has added up!! You did an awesome job!!!

Thank you for doing this video, it lets me know I am not alone in the struggle, because you know it's real after moving and trying to unpack from a recent move. You have to lay the ikea unit on its top and open the drawer and it will fall and u can then tip the unit forward and it will fall out.
When unboxing your boxes I see that you have sheets of window clings that you never took off their sheets. I never take my holiday window clings off their sheets either and just instead hang the whole entire sheet up as decoration. I have found that window clings do not stick good to the window and they are just wasted so I keep the entire sheet in tack and use the whole sheet for holiday decoration.
The room you have dreaded the most it getting done! And I'm sure you feel soooooo accomplished! I could just tell how happy you were by your voice! I am feeling your satisfaction all the way up to Michigan girl!!!! Kinda wish I could have came and helped you. Organizing is my jam! Love it!!!
OMG just 1 1/2 min into the video and I was exhausted for you!!! All those bins!! Then chuckled when at the end they were all piled up in the media room! I feel your pain, always make a mess of the house when I clean one room! I still have boxes ready to go to goodwill of the cleanout I did in my craft room! They weren't taking any donations so the boxes have been sitting in my dining room, ugh!!!! I love organizing and sooooo want to go there and help you!!! Keep it up girl, it's getting there!! TFS!!

My best suggestions for organizing ur craft room and what products/furniture to buy in order to do so is to watch some craft room videos. There are many on here with tons of very practical and useful ideas. I’ve used some of them. IKEA seems to have the most versatile furniture in order to do so. It will be an investment and you will spend time setting things up and putting up shelves. I really don’t see any other way to get the organization u need since u have such a large variety of things. Make different areas and tackle 1 at a time. U won’t feel so overwhelmed that way. Layout the room and what ur needs r 1st then go shopping.

It's so hard to tackle these types of areas isn't it?! But u did it girl. Good job! I also give u credit for moving the camera around to all those spots while u clean girl double the work lol. Looks alot better. U know what's really weird looking at this stuff it reminded me of when you would do your videos in front of those sticker books and white dresser lol how crazy is that lol. If you pull your bottom Drawer of your Alex drawers out you will find a screw that the drawer slides on. Unscrew it , then you can pull drawer completely put and get what has fallen behind. I had to do it with one of my bottom Drawers. Not hard at all. Love the thought of your craft room. I think I am most excited to see this area dpne and being able to see the progress.
You need a craft cabinet. Look on pintrist it opens up and has a craft table
My whole house looks like that, so don't feel bad! I just don't know where to start. I have fibromyalgia, 3 leaking heart valves and 5 slipped discs in my back. So IF I get through a store, by the time I get home I can just barely bring in the bags, drop them and hit the bed. Unfortunately it has added up!! You did an awesome job!!!
