Im not sure what you dont like about your guest bedroom but, just a suggestion, Warch Simply Lake and Lace’s channel her Master bed is similar to your bed and maybe you will get some ideas to help you figure out a way to keep your furniture. I think your furniture is very farmhouse, and maybe you can make it work with a few tweaks! Watching anxiously to see how you figure it out!
Maybe use some of those beautiful pieces to decorate your hallways or the walls going upstairs.
Don’t get rid of the iron arches. They are really pretty and are very versatile. If you move them to the wall where the dresser is, how about a full length mirror for that corner with the small table, not flat on the wall but wedged in the corner. The small table can go in the corner where the closet is and the Relax sign can kind of be off set next to the table.
Thanks for your video! Made me dig into my closet and purge. I wish my closet was as big as yours. A tip for you....change out your thick hangers and replace with the velvet hangers that you can find on HSN, target, etc. Promise it will change your life and your closet. They will free up so much room for you. Besides, spring is coming & we will look forward to your new spring wardrobe!

In the guest room, I might take the mirror off the dresser and mount it on that wall by the door where you have the other iron/wood pieces leaning. Mount the two beige iron/wood pieces above the dresser. I know that space will end up being amazing and relaxing!
Take a note form Liz from traditions by the seasons... layer the architectural pieces in front of the mirror in your guest bedroom... the mirror brings light over to that side of the room and the architectural pieces bring interest...love Liz ❤️

May I offer a suggestion that you look into donating your work attire to Dressed For Success. I believe they are in all states. The organization helps women who are starting over from bad situations get jobs. They train for interviewing and help with all aspects of job hunting. Plus the interview outfit the ladies receive goes a long way in lifting their self confidence. It’s a wonderful organization and they are in need of work attire donations of all sorts.

I love that guest room furniture. Maybe just sanding it to lighten it a little? Get rid of the mirror and put the two white washed pieces up. Even if you put those pieces one high and one low instead of next to each other? I think they could still work.
I just went through my closet I guess I'm feeling the same way you do about getting rid of clothes that I don't wear and clothes that are not my taste anymore. All about comfort now
Oh I love the piece that you showed against the media room wall, I think its the one that used to hang above your bed and in this house in the library, I hope you don't get rid of it, im not even sure if it came from hobby lobby but every time im there i look for it lol💙😊

Don't know if its worth it, but have you thought about getting the bedroom furniture professionally painted? Also would it be possible to get a tension rod to make a second row for your caps in your closest.
I think I am certainly using orange, I need those carrots. They are everything. You are so much better than me at decluttering. I make piles and more than half ends right back in my closet, just knowing that if I donate it, I will need it one day.
I miss my son being little...he's 24 now, but I don't miss the toy pick up. lol!! Now I pick up everything else....hats....lighters....he needs to leave cash laying around......

You have really beautiful decor pieces. A couple of thoughts...the iron and rustic frame piece that was leaning against your half stair wall would look good on the full stair wall or above the tv in the media room. In the guest room...maybe switch the nightstand and the iron table. Just my 2 cents😉
I like where you're going with your guest bedroom I just use the most things that you have right now and then fix it up after you're done with all your other bedrooms... I really like the two wall hangings that you're going to put across from the window where the mirror goes in the guest bedroom I think it's going to be gorgeous the I never lock sign of love the plant I think it will give it a like a relaxing feeling in there.... and maybe for that stand that's right next to that big dresses because the big dressers really big I wonder if you could take like a Garland and like spiral around legs of at table and see how that looks... just a suggestion... hope all is well and you guys are staying happy healthy and safe many blessings to you and your family
I know you do not want to tackle painting furniture again BUT just an idea: Maybe take a piece at a time outside and spray paint it white or cream... that wood furniture is pretty as it is. It kind of looks like wood that maybe do not need any prep or primer paint. I could be wrong but it would not hurt to try test painting maybe the back of a piece of that furniture. I love your style and you have a wonderful eye for wall décor!
What would the plant in the guest room look like on top of the little white table in the corner where the plant is? Also, the scroll wallhangings, what would it look like if you stacked them on the flat sides going in opposite directions on that small wall?
I think the decor piece should go on the short pony wall that is behind you.
I love Connies idea with the wall going upstairs especially if you were looking across at the wall from your second floor wall where your posters are. Lol 😂 does that make sense?
if that decor piece if tall enough while laying it horizontally, take the headboard off the bed in the guest bedroom and put that on the wall in it's place, maybe? or maybe it wont go color scheme wise? just a thought. and then maybe lightly sand the rest of the furniture in there, to give it a "washed" look, maybe? hmmm...

Hello Marie, maybe you could hire someone in your area to chalk paint n distress your guest bedroom furniture...I absolutely love that furniture...plus it might be less costly then buying new furniture...I think a off white or white color with distressing will look ideal n would fit that style of the picture you posted...anyway as always Tfs...take care n God bless...💕💖💕...

When you take the mirror off the dresser you could hang it on the wall opposite the bed since it matches the decor in there. I would also drape a faux vine or single rose bud vase wall decor on either side of the mirror

Don’t get rid of the mirror, it makes the room look larger and everyone needs a mirror in a bedroom. Why do you need to hang both of those wood and metal thingys? Just hang one and get rid of the other one. Also, no to that little white table. The least clutter and dingyness in that room the better.
I absolutely love the bedroom furniture in your guest bedroom, I agree about the mirror also, I certainly wouldn’t remove it. That furniture is gorgeous, I’ve never seen any wood like that, if I could find that color of wood for a bedroom, I certainly would buy it.

That’s what I like about your style-you know when to stop and not over do!! The media room has just the movie posters, not a popcorn machine, not movie printed throws and pillows, not any fake academy award statues, etc!

I suggest you just sell the pieces that you pulled out of storage in the guest bedroom. They don't really go with that furniture in the guest bedroom. I think your deer decor and foresty theme would look great in the guest bedroom and your white furniture should do coastal or cottage. Or even switch up the bedrooms. You could use the guest bedroom furniture as the master bedroom and vice versa. I really like that guest bedroom furniture as is and please don't get rid of the mirror. Everyone needs a mirror plus it reflects light.

It would be great for your niece to limit the toys "number boxes of toys and let her choose one per visit" and have her help clean up, lessons that last a life time. But painting is allowed always because you don't want to be known as the worse aunt ever, kids are funny.

Sell the spare bedroom furniture & move your bedroom furniture upstairs. Buy yourself a new bedroom suite. I didn't understand the vision when you bought it. It is very masculine looking. If you could get that long brown metal piece of decor hung on the wall where the stairs are that might be an option. That is a large area where you have nothing going on.
