hi sir ... i have a doubt regarding my ancestor property ....my grand father have 3 child ... one my dad another 2 daughter .... my both aunty gave viduthalai patharam 10 yrs back to in name of both my grand father and my dad.... now my father died last month .... after my grand father days (still alive) ...will there be a legal problem from my both athai and the ancestor property still partition not done ...pls help me regarding this

Sir, Our grand father made Will in 1986 wrongly. In our father partition suit a preliminary degree passed in 1988., the family propertie is joint family property.( Our grand father, my father and his Brother) The Will is dismissed..So, the court alloted 7/24 share ratio to my father. In meanwhile my father expired in .1992 recently expired my mother. I have one Brother and two sister. In expected Final degree what ratio share alloted among one Brother and two sisters among 7/24 my father share. In preliminary degree 2.06 acres land alotted to my father share (7/24 share).
