How do you test the sensor? I replaced the battery in line and it’s still not working

Hi Dimitri, do you already have the doorbell enrolled in the control panel? If not then you need to enroll it first (as shown here ua-cam.com/video/ae_yEZsggEI/v-deo.html). Then you can use the chime to see whether it's working. If you already have it enrolled and it's still not working then the next step would be to remove the batteries, wait 5-10 minutes and install them again.

Testing the Doorbell can be done simply by pressing the doorbell button. As long as you have not changed programming it should act as it did before. Make sure that chimes have not been disabled for that sensor.
When replacing the battery, be careful to insert it with the correct polarity. If the positive side of the battery is facing the wrong way it will not function.
