Is it possible to teach me please how to allow the bell to keep ringing instead of ringing only twice and stopping after pressing the bell button as I need to use it for a purpose that must keep ringing until I stop it myself

use an arduino and bell 🔔 ,program it as you required and you will get your required bell

you can't add or remove ringtones from this type of calling bells because its a single time program chip and you can't program it by your own , if you required custom ringtone you need to use audio record ic and connect that to your receiver, you need to search how to connect before you start making
