This is actually one the the best guitar bands you can hear out there. Talented songwriting and superb energy & passion. Sadly Mr. Petty is no longer with us but true ROCK'N'ROLL flame will be be forever on with people like Chuck Prophet or Matt Mays.
I just discovered them this year and i felt a true Rock N' Roll, Country Vibe music, with soul, energy, the kind of music only a fool would deny!
Man... my heart actually aches, I love ur music sooo much. Everyday...... did I say every day?, I listen to you; ur lyrics, melodies, how sounds are layered.... I'm just such a huge huge fan of all ur work. Ur definitely my top playlist... 1000% "Matt Mays" . When ya got nothing...there's ALWAYS MUSIC. Thank you!!! Please don't ever stop! :) #1 fan☆

A few days back I walked into a record store and found this LP (Once Upon a Hell of a Time) in the discounted bin. What? I grabbed it and couldn't be happier: Double, 45rpm, clear/transparent, extremely heavy pressing. The best part though? It's a fncking awesome album!

Currently I'm a producer living out of London during my own uprising as an environmentalist advocate, freestyle poet Singer and rapper at the early stage of my career as an A and R I'd love to meet y'all one day soon and look forward to my own tours maybe we will get the opportunity to collaborate!

Excited for Baldwin to carve his own path, but Matt Mays will never sound quite the same without his backup vocals.
The fact "Drive On" wasn't a huge hit, really pisses me off. Especially when people say "There's no good music Nowadays"
spoonfull of sugar was better here than in the studio version
He would be more successful if he posted his lyrics.
There is nothing more satisfying than getting the first dislike on a video. Except maybe a good fart. Yeah those are quite nice too.
