place is absolutely infested with every type of pest you can imagine; roaches, scorpions, tarantulas, even rabbits, coyotes and huge crows. walls and floors are paper thin and there's almost always a couple arguing. the grass by the pool totally reeks of dog piss, your shoes even smell like it when you leave the area, the hot tub is never working, the place is owned and operated by a family, maintenance, management, etc. family. soo many things wrong with this place, and they'll kick you out over any type of smoke. priorities all the way wrong! the single best thing about this place is the ping pong table.
Hi! I love that you have done these videos. I’ve always wanted to live in Vegas. I’m curious has anyone ever asked you to do the oasis apartments lol. They are crazy close to the strip. They seem shady though and I’m sure super affordable, really basic. Whenever we stay at Mandalay Bay we can see them from the window. they must have one amazing view of the south end of the strip. If you ever do go I’d say bring Richard lol, from how they look anyway.
Thanks so much for these videos! That are really helping in our apartment search! Question- On future posts- what is the minimum credit score asked to qualify for these apartments? Are Leasing Agents still willing to share this info? I saw this info on some of your previous posts, but not recently. Are they now not wanting to say? Thanks again! Your videos are so very helpful!! Keep em coming!❤
@@kfat115 Thank you so much for watching!! So some will give me almost an exact credit score number but most agents just say the same thing like “I can’t give you a number because everyone’s background is different” but I know most apartments will work with you if you don’t have the best credit, and some have said to me as long as it’s above 500 than we can work with them. ☺️
Most places especially luxury properties prefer 670+ to honor lowest to zero deposit and income to be 3x rent. Older properties maybe 650+ and 2.5x rent income. Anything below that, be prepared to have upfront few months rent, rental history verification, higher deposit and other admin fees.
Hi 👋🏽 i recently found your channel as I'm looking to get a second place in Vegas, can you tour the Alowyn Homes at centennial?...im sure you get alot of requests but hopefully you can show them 🤗
@@carolinelopez91 awesome! I truly appreciate that, I try to look at as many places as I can when I'm there but I'm only averaging about 3 places each visit 😩 finding channels like yours is truly a huge help! You are blessed to do this, I pray this brings you much success 🙌🏾
Always love your videos Caroline. Do you prefer Aspire at Alper over these. I really loved the pool area at Alper. I think people are getting real fed up with these fees like common electric and gas. Also 6$ a month for billing??? $350 redecorating fee on move out, that's a new one. What is that, just a total money maker for Ovation. Why are they charging for a direct access garage into your apartment separately. Just add it on to the price of the apartment. Would they really rent out that garage to someone else if you don't want to pay it?Very sneaky I think but they are nice apartments. Not a fan of their pricing. Was there a dog park?
Yes to me Alper is better just because it's newer. I know I really get annoyed when I tour these places and they show me all these fees that they don't put on their website. The garage is optional but I think it's crazy how much they charge for a garage. I didn't see a dog park but there is probably a spot for them. Thank you for also watching my channel ☺
@@AlexTofu8 So I personally really like vestra I do think they are a little overpriced, but overall beautiful apartments so close to everything, it is close to a freeway entrance so the traffic at times can be heavy. They penthouses are so beautiful so I believe you will definitely enjoy living there ☺️
Vegas is not good for a family oriented vibe. So many vices your loved can be addicted to like gambling, drinking, drugs, prostitution/stripper is everywhere maybe 400 girls per club aside from private escorts. I’ve been here 2 decades and most my coworkers end up in divorce due to so many women/strippers than men. Or their children when they reach 18 they want to be dancers or bottle girls. Only your job is in nursing then it’s mostly casino jobs.
@@comeconcon569 yeh so my parents were born in El Salvador and moved there in 1980 and I was born in Sydney many years later. Australia has a lot of Latin, Middle Eastern and Asian people.

Thank you for video.. stuck between Vegas and South Carolina., keep em comming😊
1800 for a 1 bedroom apartment is insane to me. My mortgage payment on a 3 bedroom house is less.

Way too expensive. So ridiculous with all the extra nonsense fees
Hi Caroline, would you say that vestra uncommons penthouse models are one of the nicest in AZ? Or even in general the apartment itself. Thank you!
