It seems as though the company decided to use cheaper materials and maximize their profits while banking on the "name" game, rather than the quality of the product
It might be the very truth we dont want to hear ^^" but it is true that names are not worth their price points at all now, definitely not from their items in the first place but that was replenished with maintenance and amazing customer service, but now that they seem to have lost this aspect... not sure where else the money is justified for >

That part where the bag fell apart is what irked me. Might be better off making your own custom designed bags out of premium leather or other fabrics. With any luck, a jeweler can make a gold chain or something for the strap. I dunno, my mind is wandering now.
Ohhh ive seen quite a lot of custom designed bags online and they look GORGEOUS!! and especially when there is more attention to detail from small businesses that put more care and attention to their work! ^^

Queuing isn't a bad thing, but they would be wise to not let those with big coats or face coverings inside. Ask them to remove them (coats and face masks) if they are going to try to rob you, they will get nervous and leave
Helloooo!! thank you so much for keeping in check with me! ive started to feel a bit better compared to before, a slow recovery but nearly back to 100% again! so happy to feel my energy levels peaking back up again to enjoy the creative mind once again!! :D Queues are reasonable to the extent where its needed for crowd control 100% and completely agree that just filtering out a crowd that may seem dangerous to the store such as the big coats and face coverings would make sense too! although the events that happened must have been super quick speed looting which queues cannot solve the problem ^^"
