i can relate to that bc my friends is so SKINNY ,, her weight is 44 kg and 158 cm TALL ,, then she said that she is the fattest but i cant do anything about it bc everyone have their own insecurities tho- even if they r not fat ,, they still think they r... 😔🤡

@@november132 the important thing is that it's actually not good for your body. It NEEDS carbs, because carbs have important nutrients that are necessary. So having them completely absent in your diet is not good, reducing them is fine.

I found out that the secret for not getting so fat at eating pasta Is drinking wine with It. Wine helps a lot at the time of digestion. Sad if you are underage haha

@@chaelijensoomin8023 No problem don't be jealous, i don't have that waist, but i have a stomach, which is normal, and i want to get rid of it, so im not doing a diet, doing a healthy lifestyle, i can eat whatever i want, but not too too much, of i want fries i will eat fries, but firstly I'm not eating chocolate, chips, but if u want to eat them, eat them but like one time a week, im just eating normally but healthier, so if ur mother is cooking something like burgers u can eat salad and a piece of a burger, i usually wake up so late so i only eat rwo meals and a ltl snakes, and u can dance or workout, but i hate working out, so i just dance some kpop songs, or learn new ones, and if u eat 2 bowls of food, make them 1bowl and a half or 1 bowl, but DON'T Be hard on yourself, if u can eat only healthy foods it's good, but for me i love healthy food but sometimes i would like to eat chocolate, u know what i mean, eat whatever you want but be careful with quantity, hope i helped you 🤍

I agree! This diet is really not balanced, it’s sad that Kpop fans love to follow these diets. Just eat with a well balanced diet, keep healthy and active, stretch, move your body. Make sure you’re eating enough to get all the vitamins, macros, etc you need. Don’t restrict yourself!
Days? Oh, no way. You would have to do all of this for over a course of 6 to 7 months, with an adequate diet to help you form your lean muscles, which will in turn rapidly burn the excess fat.

imo this diet isn't healthy at all. I know kpop idols have to stay skinny to keep the audience satisfied but this isn't even a, idk 1800kcal diet? It's almost like starving yourself in order to look "better". No wonder some idols end up with anxiety when they have to follow diets like this one and stand up to the pressure. This is how most female kpop idols eat-many of them worse-when there’s a comeback around the corner. They’ll count one sweet potato as an entire meal and eat only salad without dressings while doing lots of cardio on top of dancing. There’s definitely not enough protein or fats. I can’t imagine how many young girls have messed up their growth development while training to become and idol during puberty. Amber from f(x) did an interview where she talked about how dieting messed up their healths. She even said something like “we’d suggest new diets to each other like ‘I’m trying this new thing where I only drink water’” I was like ??????? Anyway, knowing these young girls have to put their bodies through this level of unnatural and unhealthy dieting makes it really hard for me to stan kpop artists, especially the girl groups. I’ll recognise their talent but it’s hard to stan because I don’t support this unhealthy dieting culture.

You are likely to lose your periods, and feel weak and cold all the time. If you're deciding what to eat in a day based on being unhealthily thin, 1200 is a great number of calories; If you want to enjoy life, be healthy and fill your day thinking about something other than food and exercise, it's not going to help you at all. I've been thin. I was eating barely 800 calories and working out for hours every day. And I lost a lot of weight. But my life was empty. Being thin will not make you happy and it certainly won't make you healthy.

I'm actually kinda worried about how the Korean industry sells the image of too skinny girls as being the ideal stereotype. I mean, of course eating well and exercising are needed for a good health, but you don't need to look as skinny as if you're about to break if hugged. You don't need to go through such dangerous diets mostly when you're already healthy and good looking enough. And don't start both a diet and exercises without the orientation of a professional.

soooo i am going to try this out: - day 1: everything goes well i do get tired but it's all good. -day 2 : i woke up this morning having a lot of muscle soreness, it hurt a lot but i still continued what i did yesterday + adding 10 push ups and 1 min plunk to my workout. -day 3 : i still have muscle soreness but it's not as bad as d-2. i feel like my booty is getting a bit bigger and my abs are a bit showy but i know i wont get result so soon so i'll keep doing this. this might haven't worked for me in 3 days but i know if i keep doing it i'll defiantly see difference maybe not now but sometime in the future. plz like and comment so i wont loose it. thanxx :)

Okay so im trying this out, so I’m going to be updating y’all daily :) Day 1: I ate tomato-avocado-cucumber salad for breakfast, feeling healthy 😗✌️I did some school work and then I ✨worked out ✨ Day 2: I got really really sick so I won’t be able to do this, but when I get better I’ll update.
My mom can't say a thing since she fed me with whatever since childhood, and I developed food allergy and intolerance to some "basic" foods, so now I can eat healthy and even learned to cook 50 recipes in just 3 months (mostly vegan and spicy asian dishes).
My mom said I've been avoiding my favorite foods but how can I not lmao all my faves are chocolates and all sorts of junk foods lmao they always say that "why don't u eat? Ur starving urself" first of all I read stuff before I start stuff HAHAHAHA they be thinking there's no flesh left inside of me
Don't worry about diet.. I just googled and I found that jennie don't follow any diet.. she workouts. Its actually true.. eat anything, but do regular exercise. Thats too much... 30- 40mins exercise daily, healthy food. Stay fit.. 😄😄😇

Trying this giving updates every day (Only doing the workouts) Day 1: finished the workouts Day 2: did them kinda can see a difference Day 3: my thighs hurt really bad but my thigh size used to be 15in now it's 17in Day 4: did the workouts today didn't hurt as bad Day 5: thigh size is now 20in Day 6: did the workouts and they didn't hurt Day 7: thigh size is now 22in
Have you seen that salad??? With avocado and eggs??? They are VERY calory dense foods, full of fats... And lets not talk about the oatmeal with that amount of honey... jeesus... Or the Tuna salad, or the 2 bananas for dinner... (Banana is not diet-friendly food, because it has a lot of calories and rich in sugar and carbs...) I would actually gain weight with this "diet"... Each food was at least 400-500 kcals...

Her diet seems pretty healthy, eating low carb meals and all. While the exercises are basically Pilates, which I love by the way, I do Pilates and it’s great to define your muscles without making it buffer/bigger. Because it’s basically a strength exercise, it isn’t to burn fat specifically, for that you need to do cardio exercise to burn that extra accumulated fat.
Oh Goood, Filipinos can't relate with this kindof diet(coz I am) even if I'm already slim, I want to achieve having abs but it ends up having bloated tummy because my parents really cook food so good and makes me want to eat more with a lot of rice lol

You are allowed to have cheat meals though every once in a while, it boosts your metabolism. And being healthy and fit isn't about eating less it's about what you eat, as long as you eat healthy majority of the time then you should be all g.
girls starving yourself is not healthy don't let anyone and anything besides your body tell you what ,when and how much you should eat ! your body knows its self and its needs better than you think it does .yes working out and eating whole foods is good for your body but as long as it's in a healthy amount .if you eat too little or workout too much it may actually be more hurtful to your body than to just eating mc donalds and watching tv all day( eating 1800 calories or even more calories a day is considered too little and working out more than 30 minutes a day may be too much for some people each body is different and you shouldn't compare yours to others bodies) and don't forget that mental health matters just as much as physical health so don't sacrifice that for a few lines on your belly
I really tried this diet and in 3 days I loose my 2kg ....really guys But you have to be damn strict while diet not even one bite to test for feeling your heart ❤️ That's what I did 🙏👍

I do all of those exercises plus much more core, oblique and glute exercises, three times a day. I went from 52 kgs to 42 kgs :)

I've been thin. I was eating barely 800 calories and working out for hours every day. And I lost a lot of weight. But my life was empty.
Being thin will not make you happy and it certainly won't make you healthy.

I'm actually kinda worried about how the Korean industry sells the image of too skinny girls as being the ideal stereotype. I mean, of course eating well and exercising are needed for a good health, but you don't need to look as skinny as if you're about to break if hugged. You don't need to go through such dangerous diets mostly when you're already healthy and good looking enough. And don't start both a diet and exercises without the orientation of a professional.

soooo i am going to try this out:
- day 1: everything goes well i do get tired but it's all good.
-day 2 : i woke up this morning having a lot of muscle soreness, it hurt a lot but i still continued what i did yesterday + adding 10 push ups and 1 min plunk to my workout.
-day 3 : i still have muscle soreness but it's not as bad as d-2. i feel like my booty is getting a bit bigger and my abs are a bit showy but i know i wont get result so soon so i'll keep doing this.
this might haven't worked for me in 3 days but i know if i keep doing it i'll defiantly see difference maybe not now but sometime in the future.

My mom can't say a thing since she fed me with whatever since childhood, and I developed food allergy and intolerance to some "basic" foods, so now I can eat healthy and even learned to cook 50 recipes in just 3 months (mostly vegan and spicy asian dishes).
My mom said I've been avoiding my favorite foods but how can I not lmao all my faves are chocolates and all sorts of junk foods lmao they always say that "why don't u eat? Ur starving urself" first of all I read stuff before I start stuff HAHAHAHA they be thinking there's no flesh left inside of me

Don't worry about diet.. I just googled and I found that jennie don't follow any diet.. she workouts. Its actually true.. eat anything, but do regular exercise. Thats too much... 30- 40mins exercise daily, healthy food. Stay fit.. 😄😄😇

Day 3: my thighs hurt really bad but my thigh size used to be 15in now it's 17in
Day 4: did the workouts today didn't hurt as bad
Day 5: thigh size is now 20in
Day 6: did the workouts and they didn't hurt
Day 7: thigh size is now 22in
BTW I'll update every day it's only the second day

Have you seen that salad??? With avocado and eggs??? They are VERY calory dense foods, full of fats... And lets not talk about the oatmeal with that amount of honey... jeesus... Or the Tuna salad, or the 2 bananas for dinner... (Banana is not diet-friendly food, because it has a lot of calories and rich in sugar and carbs...) I would actually gain weight with this "diet"... Each food was at least 400-500 kcals...

Her diet seems pretty healthy, eating low carb meals and all. While the exercises are basically Pilates, which I love by the way, I do Pilates and it’s great to define your muscles without making it buffer/bigger. Because it’s basically a strength exercise, it isn’t to burn fat specifically, for that you need to do cardio exercise to burn that extra accumulated fat.

girls starving yourself is not healthy don't let anyone and anything besides your body tell you what ,when and how much you should eat ! your body knows its self and its needs better than you think it does .yes working out and eating whole foods is good for your body but as long as it's in a healthy amount .if you eat too little or workout too much it may actually be more hurtful to your body than to just eating mc donalds and watching tv all day( eating 1800 calories or even more calories a day is considered too little and working out more than 30 minutes a day may be too much for some people each body is different and you shouldn't compare yours to others bodies) and don't forget that mental health matters just as much as physical health so don't sacrifice that for a few lines on your belly
