This class uses a Balanced Body Metro IQ Reformer. Spring cues also provided for other reformer types, e.g. AeroPilates reformer.

Definitely felt the neck pulls. Just finished and I can feel all the muscles in my upper back that have been worked. I even feel it in my armpit!😂
