I feel like Daymond was trying to act like he wasn't liking it in the beginning so thathe could grab it last minute, but then he realized he missed his oppurtunity.
That's exactly what happened. I knew Mark will snap it the moment he started defending her valuation and he said 'she is getting here a fraction of what she is already being offered (by other investors)'. Daymond made a lot of money with that boneless ribs business and it was an ideal fit for him having the supply chain and distribution already in place (though a different product). But the fact that he was nicely criticising the valuation, meant that he was definitely interested. The new shark also wasted her opportunity when she asked her defend why the product is unique. Mark was already sold on the idea from first trying it out and then finding out that she had already sorted out the distribution and sales (even though not many sales) in such a limited time.

He shared that because he invested less time in those companies and got a great return. Here he'd have to invest a lot more time for just 10%. Remember time is the greatest asset for these guys.
He should have said that he invested in a similar company that was more mature but still found it hard, instead of saying that the company crushed it and made three times the return. He literally did the opposite of what he wanted to do, which was to undersell her position. Poor guy ain't smooth.

Mark not giving them the chance to consider other offers is so annoying... it’s not because he “knows his worth” or “doesn’t want to waste his time,” it’s because he has no respect for the business owners and because he’s trying to trap them in mediocre deals. It’s also less enjoyable to watch- one of the best parts is seeing the entrepreneurs move between offers and Mark takes away from that.
