In the US the amount of kids with gluten allergies is insane. This will do amazing. I'm not sure how kids all of a sudden became allergic to everything. Peanuts especially. Growing up, no peanut table ever. It was very rare to see someone with food allergies the way it is when I was growing up in the 80's. We only knew of severe bee allergies and that was rare as well. Now everyone has an epi-pen. I'm telling you where I live in NY and even everywhere else in the US everyone is all about the healthy option even if they don't have an allergy. With grocery stores like Trader Joes and Whole Foods this product will be flying off the shelves. That's not with any allergies, that's just all the people who are all about healthy foods and being vegan. Now, with all the allergies especially gluten allergies this product will be doing extremely well in the US. Being a nurse who use to work with kids who have ADD/ADHD, autism, and other genetic issues this would be perfect for these kids. If she were to do food for kids with PKU, which she should look into, she will do amazing. These parents need food that won't cause the kids with ADD/ADHD to become even more hyper. She should look into these issues. Man the US really has a lot of issues that I don't think is as bad as anywhere else, MEDICALLY... LOL

I have seen Dahlicious in Indian supermarkets in metro cities. Though India is not a potential market coz we do not have a culture of pre-packaged food, especially home cooked food. But I did try it and it is a good product and may be the best in the category. This should have been done by an Indian and all this while, I was thinking it was an Indian brand lol
