For a young soul,you are quite inspirational. Its so true on how we speak to our selves 👍❣ I myself realized this about 8-9 years ago,I daily started thinking positive and giving myself beautiful words of encouragement. I have 2 beautiful daughters that I raised on my own. Im so proud of them for they are amazing souls,loving young women and of course very proud of myself for showing them how to be a loving soul. As the saying goes," the apple doesnt fall far from the tree". So very true on being a kind soul,we have to think about others as we think of of our selves. Also Yes,our journey is a daily challenge. Another thing, for books I really cant recommend enough Cant Hurt Me by David Goggins, this book and his other one Never Finished, gave me a new perspective on life and ultimately saved me.
