I've found that my poor mental health affects my physical health, but when I brought the subject up with doctors they were not interested. One just changed the subject, anther one said that's life deal with it. Despite all the publicity about it there's seems to be little support. I've found that it's not just one thing it's several and you just end up going round in circles thinking the worse. When you get to that stage some need support or things work themselves out, otherwise it could be the end. Believe me I've thought about it.
Starting channel again? That’s exactly what I’ve done. mental health can be affected by many causes but the end result is much the same depression anxiety loss of confidence mood swings the list goes on. ….. but we all must talk about it and be open, being supported by others is vital to stop self harm and suicide… keep up the good work Brian
A thoughtful vid there Peaky, bikes can clear your head for a while thats for sure,so ts Monday you've kept all your subs, what will the new channel look like 🤔 Ride Safe Mr B 🤘
Thanks for the mention mate, much appreciated. I do think bikes have literally saved my life! And what was the deal with that car, WTF?! I think they are all issues are related in some way, grief is painful, and can bring about serious mental health issues, even PTSD. So there’s definitely similarities with them all.
Good vid Mr Peaky 👍🏻will have a listen to the live one mate 👍🏻 just curious with what would you do differently if you did start from fresh with your channel 🤔 ride safe buddy 🏍️💨💨💨👍🏻

I’ve been very close myself mate
But if doctors don’t help there are other avenues to look down but persist with the docs
I struggle with depression, making everything hard for me. I love my bike, and sometimes I battle with myself to ride it.
Need to get out on the bike it helps so much I feel the same some times
