Been there in the quest two, never going back. I absolutely hate that game with a burning passion now, mostly because of the community though.
I like your last statement with the final stage! I’ve been wanting the quest three for a while, and technically had the money for it if I want to get it. I was saving up for it, and I could’ve sold my quest too, but my plan was to keep it in to let friends and family borrow it so we can play together. So they can experience it. Lord knows I told them a zillion times lol,but I really liked your video and I think I’ll be checking out some more in the future.

I want to get quest 3 next year but the headset is quite new so i have a question: Will the features like body tracking come to quest 3 with software updates or just a brand new device?

I really like the Quest 3. I do hope more mixed reality apps come to it though. I like mixed reality more than vr a bit. The headset is incredible.

I got the Quest 3 for Christmas. I’m in the break stage rn, I played everyday for hours and I need a break now lol

- OOH, Red Matter 2 - we can finally use VR standalone with Console quality.
- Ok, I'm just gonna watch VR 180 videos now...
- Meh okay, I'm gonna chat with people in Bigscreen.
- I'll play some PC games now, take a VR break.
- Hm, I haven't played with my Q3 for a while, I really should...
- I'll try it tonight (but never did).
- Oh it's been a month already? I better make sure it's updated.

Never had any regrets and I don't think the quest 3 has been out long enough for anyone to get the senior. We will have to wait at least a year before anyone hits that.
I love it but I wish there were more mixed reality apps. Thats my favorite aspect. Especially for fitness apps, I don't really need full vr emersion for those personally.

I've had the CV1, the Quest 2 and the Quest 3...and I have to say the difference between the Quest 2 and the Quest 3 is pretty significant.
PCVR, that's where this headset shines.
Games like Ghost of Tabor, Tactical Assault VR, Breachers, Onward, contractors, VTOLVR...you need to check those out as well.
I use it for DCS, Flight Sim 2020, and IL-2. Flying in VR with the Quest 3 is outstanding.

There are actually shittonnes of PCVR games, wayyyy more than quest. Problem is 80%+ are not good, all the amature developers post they're games on there so it's tricky to find the good ones. Also all the adult games are there, they're pretty funny.
BTW, I was HailKira, VR youtuber since 2016, I followed PCVR from the very beginning. I suppose I'm the grandsenior. Lol

I'm confused and torn between 2 and 3 now, I have never experienced vr before so I wanna know what should I get?
Definitely the 3
it depends, if you want an under average battery life and HORRIBLE headstrap but better quality, go for the 3, but if you want a still TERRIBLE headstrap, front heavy toaster on your face and average battery life but passthrough sucks and graphics are worse, go for the 2, i personally would go for the 3 since youre most likely going to buy a battery head strap anyways but its up to you (just note that these are all of the cons, there are still a BUTT-TON of pros for both) if youre really that curious you should go check out a 2 vs 3 video
just go directly to pcvr quest is only good for mobile and thats it the link software is trash and air link is compression

Refunded mine, ain’t worth the price. Passthrough felt like iPhone 5 quality camera + the battery life has disappointed me. The pancake lenses and controllers without the big crown around was the only good changes. The rest is exactly the same as Quest 2 with minor improvements. I wouldn’t recommend saving up all your money for this, only if you got too much extra cash laying around.
