More and more parents complain nowadays that their supposedly grown up children don’t seem to be interested in making plans for the future. But friends, sometimes it’s the other way around - sometimes there’s a great desire to work, but no employment options. And as our story shows, it’s no reason to give up, since any failure can become the beginning of something great.
As a father of a 4 year old autistic girl, this really give me hope 🙏
Tom Nguyen ❤️
Your girl will also achieve Victory in her goals ❤️
Your daughter is an angel gift from God she will achieve her dreams please always support and love her then better things will come
You're a good father, she already have hope.
Same here Tom, mine's 11, a boy😇
What a great man, but don't underestimate the parents that supported him and worked with him.... That is still the biggest factor at play.
You make a good point that is so oftern overlooked are the parents behind a child.
True..
my cousin said his idea was garbage so I bitch slapped him
Well said mate👍...👀👂🏴👋
@VasiL show your people the video... There are so many issues and unhealed traumas parents pass on or foster on their children.. That boys parents were able to overcome their own issues and think about what their son needed and got him involved in the process.... They're honouring their sons choices and also supporting emotionally.... They are giving their love freely without judgement or control......
As a man with Autism, this is really lovely to see you highlighting.
I have autism to it’s hard
I personally dont have autism, but my little sister does, and if you dont mind me asking, how have you managed to live? Have you lived a normal life? Because im really worried for her and not have anybody to care for her after im gone
@@enz0368 hi, dude. No I do not mind at all. But bear in mind, whilst we are people with Autism, everyone is different on the spectrum. But I don't expect your sister will ever be alone & will go on to amaze you and everyone else at just how great she is at living her life. For example, I have 2 national diplomas in Art & Design, a national diploma in Level 3 music business, play 4 instruments, sing at a level 8, I have a house, I'm getting married next year & my wife to be & I have 3 beautiful kids & 3 amazing bengal cats. Im a stay at home Dad & it's been amazing.
My diagnosis came later in life so I had to kind of deal with alone, no one heard me when I asked for help. But because of that hardship, I developed in ways that is totally unique & as such I have been requested to speak to psychologists at Universities across the UK next year to explain Autism to them from an Autistic perspective.
My son has Autism too, but I'm helping him understand himself, I am making damn sure that he has the person who listens that I never had.
@@cryptidconn thank you for sharing this, and her autism isnt too bad but shes almost 5 and cant really keep a conversation going but im always trying to help her out on anything she ever needs and since i also have an autistic cousin my age (15) i 100% always call him if i ever need somebody to talk to becuase hes always so creative and loves trying new hobbies, instruments also loves to cook and i just think hes an awesome person. Im really happy that you have managed and it makes me less worried about her future. I hope your knows that he has a great dad that can always help him out and see that him having autism wont restrict him from living life to the fullest! And also congrats on getting married!
@@enz0368 thanks so much for this, man. Its made my whole month. ❤
Absolute best of luck to you and your sister. She has a one in 8 billion brother looking out for her. Your passion for her wellbeing is honestly beautiful.
Girls have a harder time being diagnosed too because they mask a lot of the typical stuff, so it is truly amazing that your parents got her seen so young. My boy was diagnosed age 5 too. Its transformed his whole life. He was only able to do 90 mins of school a day at 5. The school couldn't handle more than that. But he is in year 4 now, has done five 6 hour school days a week for the past 3 years & is absolutely excelling. His school is a SEN School specifically designed for children with ASD.
You sister has some deeply passionate warrior parents too it seems. I think she will do just fine, my dude. ✌
as a level 1 autistic kid with dreams of becoming a author and business owner this video has inspired me and shown me that it doesn't matter about someones ability to speak and learn it matters about how dedicated you are

I loved this story it reminds me of my son he’s 13 and he has Autism as well , he’s very intelligent though a very good kid that is going to succeed in life because I’m going to allow him to be who he want to be and I will support him with whatever he choose to do , but I wanna say congratulations 🎈 to you and your family I don’t know you guys but I wanna say that your story touched my heart ♥️ and made me realize that people reject you due to not being able to understand you they are so quick to judge a person instead of understanding a person . Another thing is that he didn’t give up on his vision and his family supported him this is an Amazing story 🙂
I was like that but gave up, child labor laws suck. I always wanted to get a job but child labor laws. And yes, I have mild autism, I am basically incappable of lying or pretending as is the social norm, nor have I desired to learn it as I have painstakingly learned other social things. Nothing social comes naturally to me.
You’ll be great in life . People take honesty for granted. A Pure soul

“That’s how Clays bin cleaning service was born. One might think it was a bad idea...”. Why? Low startup costs, bit of manual labour, build customer base over time then expand. I think it’s a great idea!

Wow God be with you

It may not be a dream job , or the nicest job, at least he’s not giving up. Plus dispute his disability he’s proving two things. One that he can adapt and overcome. Two that he’s earned the respect of others, because he isn’t afraid to work.
It is all about attitude.

This is the whole problem with a system that attempts to compel people to be subordinate; many of the most valuable people simply don't fit in.
That's the thing. It's all a rat race until someone figure out how to get out of the system. Still, big companies need all those surbodinates to work for them. Running bussiness is a risk. The true asset of a bussiness is the people but if the people don't see themself as an asset. That's when the big companies treated them like slaves until the end.

I don't think the employers realise that autism literally gives you hyperfocus if your interested in something which would literally make him the most efficient worker they have had
He's far better off now.
It's called obsessive interests. It could be a positive or negative thing. In this case, it was clearly good, since he has an interest in cleaning, and was able to make a business from it. But it could go another way, like being interested in things that don't pay, or even worse, things that are illegal.
People with special needs often have to suffer chronic unemployment. Stories like this give me hope.
Proud of he's parents standing with him and proud of him in not giving up.

A woman I know suffered from a work related injury. She ended up getting retraining education. She interviewed for numerous jobs but always came in second. She was getting discouraged. I totally agree with you it has been an eye opening experience for a lot of people.
I think the pandemic has taught people the importance of multiple streams of income, unfortunately of having a job donsn't mean security.
Most people don't actually know that the best time to invest is during a crisis/ recession investing a $1000 now can turn you into a millionaire sometime later.
Investing plays a very major role. No matter how large or how little your investment earning for you
This is 100% true, self made millionaire like warren buffet and bill gates never made it depending on paycheck neither were they salary owners I think investment should be on every wise and individual list and currently all of it is online in a month or how you'd be ecstatic about the decision you've made.
