    Well done and thanks Rik for sharing a simple to follow recipe, and also showing the great benefits of using a slow cooker which always achieves good results for tenderness of the meat and overall flavour.
    Sometimes I also put a cartouche of baking parchment on top to prevent it from drying out. Optional of course.
    Keep up the great videos!

    Nice one Rik Imade a chicken one 3 days ago with par boiled chips then fried and rice and nan bread, it was cracking. I also made a curry quiche yesterday it is fab cheese and curry go great together, 2 onions 2 garlic 3 smoked bacon rashers all diced and cooked in ghee added 1 tbspoon of medium curry powder salt and pepper a good squirt of tomato sauce, a pot of cream and 3 beaten eggs 300gms of strong cheese its a curry lovers dream. I also do a curry corned beef pie. mad or what. lol.

    Hi what temperature do i start off my clow cooker please. Your recipe is the very 1st thing I'm cooking in the Croc pot so don't want to mess it up.

      @BackyardChef  11 місяців тому +1

      Hi, Michelle, you cant mess it up so no worries - follow the steps in the vid and cook on low for 5 hours if the meat is not to your liking, cook a little longer. Best, Rik
