I had this game and liked it. I'm a huge Animorphs fan, back when they were popular I had all the books basically everyone of the main books, both Alternamorph books, the Chronicle books, and the Megamorph books, I had the entire TV show on VHS, the toys that Hasbro released as part of the Transformers toyline, and all three video games this one, the one for PC, and the GBC game. And yes I'm still hoping for a Animorphs reboot either via book, live-action TV show, video game, or animation I miss this franchise.
Yes, not sexual at all...in a series where teenagers have to take their clothes off to morph and where the youngest female is described as graceful and picture-esque in her morphing :V
@@metalmugen Not even in the first book. This happens throughout. Ax even says there's a name for those like her and that this is a hobby Andolites have, if not an outright artistic profession.
@@kaihedgie1747 they don’t have to take their clothes off. They learn quickly they can morph skin-tight clothing, just not shoes. Shoes is all they take off. They wear their morphing outfits underneath their regular clothes.
53:05 yeah, mine too.. hork bajir I got to say are the most badass aliens in the book (in vanity I don't want to offend any of the other fans out there that have different opinions)
@@jacobitewiseman3696 They were going to put the Taxxons in the show but couldn't do to Nickelodeon saying the Taxxons would be to terrifying for a kids action/sci-fi show, and the whole too dark for a kids action/sci-fi show argument was the reason why the many violent, and bloody fight scenes that were in the books got cut from the show.
Looking back, the concept was really cool at the time. Just wish it were more refined. But it's better than anything I could have whipped up. I'm sure as kids we didn't think about game mechanics and stuff.

A simpler time when people turning into animals didn't have to turn sexual.

Well not with that attitude

Ahh childhood nostalgia...
memory overload
Opening cutscene kicks ass.
Here since it seems animorphs could have a movie series
I play this game when was a little kid and the part I like is dragon fly level
i like Rachel’s transformation into a grizzly bear 🐻
One of the best psx games based off of books.
Dude I've been searching for this game for so long 😭 forgot the name and searched human animal ps1 games lol thank u
So many of these PS1 games take place mostly in caves. It's odd.
Easier to render?

They should have put the taxxons in the show.

Are there bosses in this?
i like Rachael’s bear 🐻 morph
Most favorite combat morph of mine was a tie between Jake's Siberian Tiger Morph, and Cassie's Grey Wolf Morph.
I'm more of a gorilla morph, just seems so convenient, but bears are sick too.
Too bad the ending doesn't seem to be worth the effort for all you went through in the game. But I like the song in the credits, though.
It was worth it for the song alone ;)
Longplays Land do you know the name of the song?
Intro music name?
Never played it. But intro
Isa done better then in the show
Sorry, but I prefer the GBC version. More nostalgic to me
@DyingWaffles 15 I'm from 2002
@DyingWaffles 15 no problemo
these graphics are really good for the PS1
I have a game of it but I need classic PlayStation 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
Mobile gaming by todays standards
I'm guessing this game somewhat flopped, like the TV series, right?
Probably, considering it had terribles reviews at the time.
***** And what do you think?
It's no Pandemonium, but its alright. Some levels are pretty creative and nice to look at but the game is too short.
***** And the creatures? Do you think the devs stayed close to the source?
Longplays Land it's a ps1 game not 4 so not short.
