It's insane that a car this big and heavy can be so agile and fast when cornering. Kudos to the Kia engineers. Definitely deserve to earn the world car of 2024 awards.
Uncle making the car dance! Testament to Kia’s engineers, they have really done well. I can feel our EV6 GT is tail happy when in Sport mode and the throttle response is very sharp. In normal mode even though power output is the same as Sport it’s noticeable the power bias is read. In GT mode it’s even more obvious, especially because the stability control is reduced. I wish I could ship my car to KL and give it a try on Genting!

I’m not sure this is correct. Tesla and other makers are using NMC very commonly for most regions. China and perhaps other Asian nations seem to prefer LFP though, so I could agree if the discussion is confined to vehicles designed for Asian markets. Thanks for the review!

Not many makers using NMC nowadays.
It a lithium ternary battery. I wish it was LFP for cost reduction.
This battery is NMC so far as I am aware. LFP would be heavier and offer poorer range due to this chemistry’s lower energy density.
