I'm 25 years old girl, and my whole entire life i've never had a fragrance/perfume. I dont think they're important (I know pathetic). I'm very sporty girl and for fashion style i'm far from being girly.
But one day, i was offered to smell J'adore - L'or from Dior. And it was the first time in my life i fell in love with fragrance. How about that? 😂😂
You can do what ever makes you feel good. Buuut no perfumes? Never...b/fs don't buy for u?? U can be a pro boxer/mechanic covered in sweat n grease half the day n still wear perfume, n there are probably 8,000+ perfumes for women.

I would love to find a signature scent. I know if it's fruity, sweet, not for me.
You might think I'm crazy but I haven't found one that I like better than Someday byJustin Bieber. Many don't like him but this fragrance is beautiful! Give it a try and it's not expensive.
Then try some citrusy smells, such as Diesel Fuel for Life and some unissex-male fragrances, personally i heard a lot about Homme Sport by Dior

I am from Assam of India (Assam is a state in India and it is known for the tea production which is a prominent note in this perfume). Anyway, the fact that something related to my little place made it to Sephora. I cannot really express how happy my heart is 😍 Thank you Sephora Team!

I always thought perfume was made for old women until I encountered Chanel Chance Eau Tendre when I was a broke college student. I could never forget about the scent and now as an adult, I own a bottle and am excited to expand my scent collection.

I’m not much of a makeup girl and have always felt intimidated going to Sephora because I thought that was all they offered. I just recently got into fragrance and had no idea that Sephora sold so many perfumes/colognes. I can finally shop there and find something for me.
Thank you Jeffrey and Jackie! I have not used the new fragrance tool in store yet. I have used the app quiz. I have purchased the fragrance scent sets and rollerballs sample sets to test a signature scent before purchase. It's a good deal in my opinion. I also am a Sephora Play! subscriber and really enjoy the bonus fragrances. The Sephora teams in store are awesome about fragrance samples too. Please continue to spotlight fragrances, especially new launches.💖

That is the coolest idea for scent categories I’ve ever seen. I’ve always been drawn to “studying” fragrances - how they dry down, top notes, etc. I’m a chemist but my DREAM job would be to help develop fragrances. How cool would that be? What/how did you study to learn everything you’re expert at? Thanks!!!:)

Great video! Juliette has a gun, not a perfume is my all time favorite. I received a sample in one of my Sephora orders and immediately fell in love with it and purchased a full size. But unfortunately the full size doesn’t smell the same on my skin. I know it sounds odd but even the longevity isn’t the same. I ended up returning it. I have been on the look for a new scent ever since but I don’t ever come close to loving another scent as much as I loved not a perfume. I will for sure use this new tool to try and discover a new favorite. Thanks so much for these great tips.

I think this is a great tool to have. I love all things fragrance ❤ but I am sorta new to wearing it (again). I have tried for over 40 years to find just the right one for me, and most seemed to turn on my skin. I recently got a sample pack from Sephora and have found it to be very helpful in finding some that really work for me. Thanks for bringing scents back in my life.

Jazz Club is a masterpiece. I cannot get enough of it. My absolute love is “by the fireplace”, also by Maison Margiela...such a gorgeous scent. Highly recommend it to everybody.

Al alba vincero vincero Hi! They are unisex although some will definitely be “muskier” than others. I personally love them and feel extremely feminine when I wear the perfumes. People always compliment the scent! Don’t be afraid to ask for samples and try them out.

Sisters Mahzi you should try good girl legere it’s a lighter version but still lasts all day good girl is a very sexy scent the legere version is more of a daytime scent :)

I finally made it to my Sephora store and found three that I love. I purchased the Primrose Pillowtalk Poet and brought home samples of Velvet Orchid and Coco. Bill at the Green Hills store was very helpful.

My all time favorite & signature perfume for years was "Escape" by Calvin Klein. To my dismay it was discontinued several years ago. Anyone know where I can get a similar fragrance? It had a floral/citrus mix & smelled so fresh!

Think blue de chanel edT is 1 of most successful selling fragrances of ALL time ...its what started the "blue" fragrance trend that is going out of control. Great scent, nice video.

I’ve been looking for a new perfume, I normally stick to one perfume all wear round. My current favourites are DNKY Be delicious, Marc Jacobs - kiss and Chanel - chance (green). I like citrus/floral/woody smells what would you recommend? please x
Check out Jeremy Fragrance-channel. Most successful fragrance reviewer(geared towards men) also perfumes too tho. Has his own company as of few months ago.

L'Aventure by Al Haramain (many say this is a powerful Aventus Clone candidate,
Chanel No.5 perfume by Chanel, Shalimar by Guerlain. You need to test and experiment to find your signature scent ~ may prove expensive !

Flower Bomb is nice and warm. It’s really nice on its own, but you can place the Flower Bomb musk oil under a spritz of it and it really enhances the aroma you are looking to achieve.

I'm from Assam, India. Never knew there is a fragrance as my home town also heard there is a black tea note in the middle. Maybe be that's how Assam smells in the air because Assam is known for tea basically 😅
I have a question about foundation eleven though this video is on fragrance 🙈 I have very sensitive combo skin - very dry on cheeks and forehead, oily on nose and chin... people at Sephora always want me to get a matte foundation, which I buy and then it burns on the dry parts and breaks up on the oily parts 😭 I don’t really know what do for priming and setting etc...I use a pressed translucent powder to set and it makes my face look caked and textured - and the dry parts can’t breathe. If anyone has advice that would be so meaningful to me 💕✌🏻
Jes MacLafferty hey babes, I would say exfoliation is key to remove texture. I’m a fan of DDG Alpha Beta Daily Peel Pads. Then to balance hydration and oil try a moisturizer like Ole Henriksen Counter Balance lotion or creme. They hydrate where you need and mattify where you don’t! There’s a few options like this in Sephora’s Skincare selection. Then lastly try a more hydrating foundation. This is always better than dry for me because it’s easier to add more powder to mattify, and much harder to add moisture when there is none. Hope this helps!
There is a perfume from Dior: Escale a Portofino, and I have never found something similar (it is citric and fresh). Anyone can recommend something similar but cheaper, if possible?. Thanks!

I have smelled Escale à Portofino for a while but I remember it's beautiful. I really enjoy Commodity fragrances: Bergamot (very crisp and citrusy you might like it), Moss (makes me think of Chanel Chance eau fraiche) and Rain are my favorite.

Fragrance is an amazing thing. I always wear Chanel No. 5 to the office for my day job without fail because it makes me feel professional and prepared for anything. However when I’m doing someone’s makeup I wear something much more subtle and universal. Jeffrey, do you have any advice as to what fragrance to wear on a shoot or with a client? I want them to feel relaxed and not be in any way offensive on their noses! 😂😀😘😘💋Thanks very much in advance, gorgeous 💋💋
