    Yall want the wife to be the killer real bad after the neighbors said they've never seen her before. Why is the chick casually walking off scrolling through her phone with gun in hand. Why call 911 and pretend to be his wife instead of an anonymous caller and say a man is dead in his apartment. If this was my "boyfriend" I would call the cops as soon as I found him dead not picked up a murder weapon and walked off with it "for my own protection "

      Exactly my point. If it happened as she said it did, either the RING camera would corroborate her story or any neighbors that would have heard the ruckus she said she was making by banging on the door with her fist and gun, yelling, and a gun shot is LOUD so, why is everyone trying to make up all these scenarios....😆

    His wife although they we're not living together @ the time is a beautiful, intelligent woman. She definitely has class & it's to bad her husband ever got involved with the defendant who didn't want to give up what she thought could be here's one day. To think this defendant tried to mislead 911 & police using his wife's name instead of her own knowing his body would be discovered @ some point speaks volumes. She didn't want to call 911 after she said she feared for her life but called after she shot him. Yeah, that makes complete sense! Guilty as sin! Ontario, 🇨🇦

      Why not see it was him that would drive 4 hours daily to go pick up this lil girl and take her to his place and get from her body as he pleased and then treat her how he wanted and disrespect her. He probably did bad things to this lil girl I bet . He’s a pedophile in my opinion. Like she was just a child when he preyed on her . Then he’s giving her liquor like if she’s an adult . He was reckless and he just knows that with a girl that age he could do as he pleased and I believe she was just buzzed and didn’t know what she was doing and she didn’t mean to kill him

    • @cjking4511
      @cjking4511 Рік тому

      @@xtremetransportllc5750 I disagree. A pedophile is someone who attacks pubescent children (ie children aged 13 and under). The defendant was 21 years old when she killed him and 18 and over is the legal age of being an adult in EVERY state (in Texas it is 17). "Why not see it was her" with a REPEATED HISTORY of violence and murder? Just because someone is young does not mean they cannot possibly have a violent criminal history! When she killed that young man she was actually out on bond from another case where she committed aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and drug trafficking charges that ended in gunfire and left her boyfriend Andrew Bass dead. Police evidence released some of the evidence, including text messages between Sasha and the drug dealer, that proves she set up the meeting with the drug dealer and her boyfriend and she had been having sex with the drug dealer:
      "According to the affidavit, investigators found messages on the man’s phone between him and Skare setting up the meeting. They said it was clear from the messages that the two knew each other. They also said Skare set up the meeting with the intention of robbing the man."

      She also lied saying she slid across the kitchen counter to escape. No dishes were on the floor from the counter. When she testified she said she threw dishes on the floor to scare him. Someone is trying to attack you. Instead of hitting them you throw them on the floor. The counter was nice and neat. She was trying to pin this murder on his wife. That’s why she gave them her name. And she waited 4 days before she took pictures of her face. She could’ve made her face and neck up to look as if she was beaten up.

      Sounds like she shot through the door and continued arguing with him but after the shot noticed it went silent on the other side of the door. IMO it would have been smarter for her to not have a gun AND just have left and go to sleep in her car or in the hallway. If she had done that they could continue the argument another day and he would still be alive! She was out on bond from other felony charges when this took place so she was not legally allowed to have a gun at any time

I jus can’t stop thinking this grown as man almost 40 would go almost everyday to pick up a 20 year old and invest 4 hours round trip to pick and take her back home . Like cmon people . Open your fudgging eyes. It was an accident. Look at her testimony. That’s not a lying testimony. She kept it 100 and told the truth . Like I remember being that age and having a girlfriend and she just threw something at me with no intentions to hit me and it happens it hit me .

      She shot through a door striking her lover, she was originally in the house with him , neighbors saw her banging on his door with gun in hand , after shooting through the door she called 911 saying she was his wife looking for him , didn’t spell wife’s name right , screwed up framing the wife by saying conflicting info to 911 operator .. Now she’s lying about it all playing victim , evidence clearly shows he put her out of his apt. Bc she wouldn’t leave , somehow she grabbed his gun out of his closet , ended up outside of apt. With her purse on the inside .. and him dead from gunshot to the head locked in the apt from the inside … ijs .. makes no sense her story … she saying he fought her while she was in the apt, and that’s why apt was found tore up, the truth is she wouldn’t leave , he began tussling with her trying to get her out of the apt. That’s how apt got tore up .. once he got her out of the apt .. she shot through the door striking him in the forehead..That’s when neighbors saw her banging on door with a gun in her hand… She told some truth during her testimony hung herself , trying to explain why she shot through the door , she said gun went off as she was pointing the gun at door, why Was she pointing the gun at door,? no reason to point gun at door .. none at all .. she saying gun discharged at that moment .. Makes more sense that Gun was pointed at door bc she was pissed at him for putting her out , clearly she was not getting back in so she shot the door to scare him show him she meant business .. sadly she hit him killing him instantly ..ijs

    She also may have went inside & seen that the apartment was a wreck & that Martel was dead. She could have been too scared to tell the police how she had found him, in fear of being accused. simply could have panicked & realized something bad had happened there and taken the gun for her protection. (Nobody really knows what they would do) Or, Or, she may have already had the gun & taken it with her to check on him if she thought he was in danger if she hadn't heard from him.
    I'm not saying that's how it happened, I'm just saying there could be other possibilities,
    not just what the police concluded.
    One thing that I have learned is that police are very good at manipulation & making the evidence fit their narrative. We have to wait and see ALL of the evidence ,which means, not base your opinion soley on the States evidence but, also wait until the Defense has presented their case as well.

      I gave this girl every doubt & didn't form an opinion until I heard the Defense, just like I always do. After she testified, I didn't believe a word she said!

      Or maybe he put her out , she didn’t want to leave , he finally got her outside his apt. She shot through the door hitting him and him dying , Then she call 911 say she the wife to frame the wife and after doing it realizes that wasn’t the smartest thing to do .. Ijs The evidence says she did just that .. And it looks like it went down just like that .. They wasn’t exclusive so can’t see him getting jealous over another guy, Something happened where he wanted her to leave, she didn’t want to leave so he insisted she did , he began to physically remove her which turned into fighting somehow he gets her outside his apt . She shoot’s through the door killing him .. And of course she knew she did wrong .. began to manufacture a victim scenario and cover up what really happened , it’s hard to do with your personal stuff on the inside with a dead man , and the door is locked from the inside.. She did it out of anger .. not thinking she would actually hit him on the other side .. ijs
