Ingredients for dessert:
Recipe 1. Carrot cookies with oatmeal
raisins - 30 g / 1 oz
sunflower seeds 30 g / 1 oz
sesame - 15 g / 0.5 oz
oatmeal - 100 g / 3.5 oz
cinnamon to taste
ginger to taste
carrots 120 g / 4 oz
zest of half an orange
yogurt 80 g / 2.8 oz
1 egg / 1 flax egg
maple syrup or honey - 1 tbsp
pumpkin seeds and sesame for decoration
Recipe 2. Almond muffins with carrots
carrots 120 g / 4 oz
Almond flour 120 g / 4 oz
- Coconut flour 15 g / 0.5 oz
- Cinnamon to taste
- Ginger to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- 2 eggs
- Coconut oil 75 ml
- Honey 100 g / 3.5 oz
- Zest of ½ orange
