Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1.
Oatmeal 1 cup.
Almonds 1/2 cup or 50 gr.
grind in a blender.
Hot water 1 glass or 200 ml.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
3-4 dried apricots.
Rinse and dry the dried apricots.
Cut like in the video.
Ginger.
Ginger reduces the risk of stroke.
useful for people with diabetes.
Ginger helps lower cholesterol levels.
Cardamom ¼ tsp.
Olive oil or avocado oil 2 tbsp.
Bake in oven/180°C/360°F/30 minutes.
after 30 minutes
Recipe 2:
Walnuts 1 cup.
grind in a blender.
2 bananas.
clean and break.
lemon juice.
Beat with a mixer or fork.
some ginger.
Ginger provides a wonderful aroma.
Orange peel.
some cinnamon.
Bake for 35 minutes/190°C/380°F.
after 35 minutes
Cut into cookies like this.

Recipe 3
dried apricots 4-5 pcs.
fill with water.
Oatmeal 2 tbsp.
Fry for 1 minute.
Walnuts 50 gr.
do not chop finely.
add to oatmeal.
Peanuts 100 gr.
Pumpkin seeds 30 gr.
Sunflower seeds 40 gr.
poppy seeds 1 tbsp.
Flaxseed 1 tbsp.
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp.
Almonds 50 gr.
mix everything well.
Dry the dried apricots and cut them as in the video.
Protein from one egg.
Agave or Jerusalem artichoke syrup 1 tbsp.
or any sugar substitute of your choice.

Fry something in a pan.

4 tablespoons oatmeal.
or use another flour.
1 teaspoon nutmeg or cardamom.
Salt.

3 tablespoons olive or avocado oil.
Pour water in parts.

Leave on for 15 minutes.

Сделала полосочки по 2 рецепту. Видимо, бананы были слишком большими, масса получилась жидковатой. Загустила ее парой ложек овсяной муки. Это очень вкусно. Корицу не добавляла, хотелось апельсиновой ноты. Имбирь молотый+ мускатный орех.
Всем рекомендую, очень вкусно.

Anything w/o sugar is awesome! All our foods here in the U.S.A. are loaded with sugars. Also I do not use vegetable oil. Do you have an alternative to vegetable oil?
