We also have to look at how they fit within the team, how old they are matters, one guy is super young and a long career to go the other has at best 1-2 years left at the top. It's also their contract lengths, Lukaku's parent club don't want him while Zirkzee's has no reason to sell him unless they get a good price. Lots of factors mean Lukaku is not worth the same as Zirkzee.
