  • This is a MUST TRY menu. Lots of Filipinos don't know that fern leaves can be eaten. This is so nutritious, it will allow your body to absorb all nutrients more accessible. These nutrients then are beneficial in our nervous system. Fiilddlehead ferns are high in antioxidants, essential fatty acid and potassium. One serving of fiddlehead ferns provides about 11% of the daily potassium you need.
    INGREDIENTS:
    2 Bunch of Pako(Fern) Leaves
    60ml Oyster Sauce
    200ml Coconut Milk (1 can)
    1 Medium Size Red Onion (Chopped)
    5 cloves Garlic (Minced)
    3 pcs ripe Tomatoes ( Sliced)
    1tbsp Cooking Oil
    Pinch of Salt (to taste)
    Pinch of Sugar (to taste)
    Pinch of Magic Sarap (to taste)
