Seattle's own Ann and Nancy Wilson. Folks just don't realize just how much music history has come out of the Pacific Northwest. Rock to Pop to Jazz to Hip Hop, Seattle has played a role in it all, and done it well.
Except they were born at Mercy Hospital in San Diego as their father was in the Navy and stationed in SD at the time. Then later stationed at Bremerton, of course, that's how they landed in Seattle.

I have twin grandsons. Tim and Fred are older, but they still have that same connection, it's easy to see between them. It also struck me when I watched Tim's video about starting the channel. He said he made it so that he could make videos with his brother when he got back.

Ann gave some pushback nearly ending in a lawsuit. Nancy saved the day by writing an acceptable “hit single”, These Dreams and singing lead on the song. She also had a (forgive the pun) heart-to-heart with Ann who was still furious these weren’t Heart songs. Nancy told her to sing them like they were Heart. Ann found her voice and made these songs her own, she made them Heart songs. The rest is music history. The female rock band with limited success in the late 70s turned the world upside down and became rock goddesses in the 80s
