The perfect recreational lot to build your log cabin or home. Hunt and fish right out your back door. In the country but just a short drive to the airport and shopping. Great property Rick!!
Sorry for that, I just should have waited for the end of the video I would never would need to ask for the listing price. We still enjoy all of your videos, thank you for all your hard work 🙏👍🙏💫
How many structures could I build on this property I am looking for property for a family resort resort and there's 4 of us or of us so I would need something where I could build 4 buildings please comment back would love to know and what is the selling price of this property thank you you have a lot of nice pieces of property I look at other ones but this one seems very nice
This property almost has me drooling the problem is though is that the taxes are the upper limit free pennypinching budget to establish a micro homestead or on the liberal end of things to buy a piece of land.
I don’t care about the house because I want to throw my hat in on Designing & building my own for a CHANGE. On the OPPOSITE END of whatever HOME they are showing ALL I CARE ABOUT IS THE LAND SIZE.
How close to the water could I build a home please comment back and let me know because me myself I would like to be real close to the water Thank you again for this video
Acreage in Maine is so much cheaper than in our part of the country . Too bad we are too far to have any acreage there be of use to us. Great fishing too.
My dream is to potentially in 2 to 3 years try and find a piece of property like this but try and get 1 to 15 acres for 15 K or less. Is that realistic in the Bangor/Waterville area between or north/West/East of Bangor
Well I just did a quick search on the mls system in Penobscot county for land parcels of 1-15 acres currently on the market, and found that an acre ranges from $15,000 outside of Dexter to nearly $170,000 in Bangor.
Excellent presentation! What is the moose density in that area? Several moose per square mile or several square miles per moose? Around these parts(Georgia) we have 35-50 whitetail deer per square mile so I'm curious since I know nothing about moose.
Nothing like owning your own Country!😉
I can imagine the Peace and Tranquility!
A Person can dream!👍
Now that’s a beautiful private piece of Heaven on earth!! Fishing hunting hiking atv snowmobile fun for every season !!
Thanks Alex.
This would be PERFECT for what I’m wanting to ACCOMPLISH.

Maine averages more than a moose per mile. Not sure what this specific area has, but it is more deer per acre than moose in this region of Maine.
If I Had a Xtra Million Bucks, I Know where it would go !! 👍🤞
Please someone from Maine get this
Oh man, the deerflies are worse there than on my property.
