- Last run of the day for Lancashire & Yorkshire 2F aka The Green Dragon from the Railway Children Film.
The loco left Keighley 30 minutes late due to poor imported coal, but thanks to the efforts of the driver & fireman we made it back to Oxenhope without the need for assistance.
If you look very carefully you can see 2 wild deer appear on different parts of the film.....feel free to leave comments where they appear if you can spot them!
Great video

indeed Colin 😊
Yeah but they are still liberating tonnes of CO2 from fossil fuels into the atmosphere as a greenhouse gas. This is not a sustainable part of the carbon cycle.
Why was Oakworth station left out of this video ??
Nasty coal creating dirty exhaust. Happily you made trough the tunnels ! I enjoyed the ride. Thanks.
Would‘not the coal in the tender have been damped down by use of the pep pipe to reduce the dust flying around?
Thanks Phil 😊
Where was the coal imported from? I wouldn't want to be on the foot plate with that exhaust while in a tunnel.😎🚂✝
Eastern Europe I would think?
@@832onslaughtTo think we have all that coal under Yorkshire, and the gov refuse to mine it.
