You know, always find it sort of funny/ironic that Cleo & Rikki are so worried about Bella keeping the secret just cause she's new to a group, when considering how but ironically that out of the 3 of them, Bella is technically the "oldest mermaid"/been mermaid longest--since she's been a mermaid since she was 9 like she explained in the previous episode.
I like how Cleo matured and became more responsible like Emma, as Em is gone in this season. Cleo was the character that always seemed to be maturing through the seasons so it works to me. Rikki is still Rikki but has a career and is more grown up. Bella seems more like the innocent, kind Cleo from season 1 but in her own way. It works well for all characters and to me doesn't feel like Emma was replaced by a stranger. I like Bella (and miss Emma) and even though this season is different it's still really good!
